Abstract
Permasalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya minat belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran kepegawaian di jurusan otomatisasi tata kelola perkantoran SMK Pasundan 3 Kota Cimahi. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana gambaran peran guru sebagai fasilitator terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kepegawaian mengetahui tingkat minat belajar siswa, dan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh peran guru sebagai fasilitator terhadap minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari peran guru sebagai fasilitator terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas XI OTKP di SMK Pasundan 3 Kota Cimahi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survey explanatory dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 58 siswa yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil regresi sederhana menunjukkan bahwa, peran guru sebagai fasilitator memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa dengan nilai pengaruh sebesar 38,8%. Dengan demikian minat belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peran guru sebagai fasilitator Kata kunci: Peran Guru Sebagai Fasilitator; Minat Belajar ABSTRACT THE EEFECT OF THE TEACHER’S ROLE AS FACILITATOR ON STUDENTS LEARNING INTEREST IN CLASS XI PERSONEL SERVICES AUTOMATION OF OFFICE GOVERNANCE AT SMK PASUNDAN 3 CIMAHI CITY By: Hary Akbar Herlambang This thesis is guided by: Dr. Hj. Nani Imaniyati, M.Si. The problem studied in this study is the low interest in student learning in personal subjects in the automation department of office governance at SMK Pasundan 3 Cimahi City. The formulation of the research problem is: How is the description of the teacher’s role as a facilitator on students interest in learning in personnel subjects, knowing the level of student interest in learning, and to dtermine whether there is an influence of the teacher’s role as a facilitator on studentss interest in learning. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the role of teacher as facilitator to learning interest of XI OTKP student in SMK Pasundan 3 Kota Cimahi. The research method used in this research is explanatory survey with the questionnaire distributed to the amount of 58 students which are analyzed with descriptive and inferential technique. The result showed by simple regression, the role of teacher as facilitator has a positive and significant effect to learning interest of student as much as 38,8%. Tus students interest in learning can be increased through the teacher’s role as a fasilitator. Keywords: The Role of Teacher as Facilitator; Learning Interest
