Abstract

Manusia selain sebagi makhluk individu juga sebagai makhluk sosial, namun masih ada sebagian mahasiswa yang belum memiliki karakter kolaborasi dan cenderung bersikap individual. Pendidikan karakter di perguruan tinggi merupakan upaya untuk membentuk karakter bangsa. Pembelajaran online memiliki banyak hambatan dalam menanamkan karakter terutama pada karakter kolaborasi. Mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter melalui blended learning dapat mengatasi permasalahan pembelajaran baik secara daring maupun luring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi pendidikan karakter kolaborasi mahasiswa melalui blended learning pada masa pandemi covid-19 di Program Studi S1 Gizi Universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitik. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara dan pedoman studi dokumentasi. Data disintesa dan dianalisis melalui reduksi data, display data, kemudian diverifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: 1) Dalam perencanaan pembelajaran dosen belum sepenuhnya memodifikasi perangkat ajar dengan berbagai karakter; 2) Dalam proses pembelajaran dosen belum mengoptimalkan pengintegrasian berbagai karakter melalui kegiatan rutin, spontan dan keteladanan dalam prilaku sehari-hari; 3) Masih perlu meningkatkan perubahan karakter kolaborasi dalam kegiatan mahasiswa yang ditunjukan pada karakter bekerjasama dalam kelompok, memiliki tanggung jawab individu, saling berbagi informasi yang dianggap relevan, memiliki keterampilan komunikasi, serta memiliki empati dan menghormati perspektif berbeda. Kata Kunci: Karakter Kolaborasi, Blended Learning, Universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon. Humans apart from being individual are also social beings, but there are still some students who do not have a collaborative character and tend to be individual. Character education in higher education is an effort to shape the character of the nation. Online learning has many obstacles in instilling character especially the collaborative character. Integrating character education through blended learning can overcome learning problems both online and offline. This study aims to find out how the implementation of student collaboration character education through blended learning during the covid-19 pandemic at the Undergraduate Nutrition Study Program University of Muhammadiyah Cirebon. This research is a qualitative research with analytic descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through participatory observation, interviews and documentation studies. The instruments used in this study are observation guidelines, interview guidelines and documentation study guidelines. Data were synthesized and analyzed through data reduction, data display, and then verified. The results of the study show: 1) In planning learning lecturers have not fully modified teaching tools with various characters; 2) In the learning process the lecturer has not optimized the integration of various characters through routine spontaneous and exemplary activities in daily behavior; 3) It is still necessary to increase the change in the character of collaboration in student activities which is shown in the character of working together in groups, having individual responsibility, sharing information that is considered relevant, having communication skills, having empathy and respect for different perspectives.
