Abstract

Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh pembelajaran yang masih bersifat kognitivis dan cenderung berpusat pada guru sehingga siswa bersifat pasif di kelas. Hal ini kurang sesuai dengan harapan pembelajaran di abad 21 yang berpusat pada siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempercepat adaptasi proses pembelajaran dari kognitivisme ke konstruktivisme dan mengetahui efektivitas model terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode R&D, dengan desain penelitian menggunakan one group pretest-posstest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi SMAN 1 Lebakwangi dengan sampel siswa-siswi kelas XI sebanyak 32 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan tes. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa rancangan model yang dibuat terdapat 2 fase yaitu kognitivisme dan konstruktivisme terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis. Uji validitas yang dilakukan oleh 3 orang ahli mendapatkan hasil yang layak. Selain itu, penerapan model integrasi teori belajar yang dilakukan mendapatkan hasil yang positif berdasarkan hasil tes, wawancara dan observasi. Dan efektivitas integrasi teori belajar kognitivisme terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis mendapatkan hasil yang signifikan dengan hasil uji hipotesis 0,007 dari taraf signifikan 0,05. ----- This research is motivated by a cognitive and teacher-centered learning that is passive in the classroom. This is not in line with the expectations of student-centred 21st century learning. The purpose of this study was to adapt the learning process from cognitivism to constructivism and to determine the effectiveness of the model on students' critical thinking skills. The research method used is the R&D method, with the research design using a one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were students of SMAN 1 Lebakwangi with a sample of 32 students in class XI. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The instruments used are interviews, observations and tests. The results of this study stated that the design of the model made there were 2 phases, namely cognitivism and constructivism towards critical thinking skills. Validity test conducted by 3 experts got decent results. In addition, the application of the learning theory integration model that was carried out obtained positive results based on the results of tests, interviews and observations. And the integration of cognitivism learning theory on critical thinking skills got significant results with a hypothesis test result of 0.007 from a significant level of 0.05.
