Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh hasil pembelajaran yang didapat dan menyimpulkan masih rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Dalam proses pembelajaran siswa kurang aktif dan masih banyak nilai dibawah kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Solusi untuk memperbaikinya dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Role Playing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan aktivitas pada siswa dengan menerapakan model pembelajaran Role Playing. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan Model Spriral Kemmis dan MC Taggart. Desain ini mempunyai beberapa komponen dalam penelitiannya yaitu, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi terhadap tindakan. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan instrument test dan observasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan Sebanyak dua siklus dengan jumlah 28 siswa kelas IV di SDN 1 Tegalmunjul. Pada siklus I memperoleh nilai hasil peningkatan belajar rata-rata 61,60 dengan presentase ketuntasan belajar siswa yaitu 35,57%, aktivitas guru rata-rata 2,80 dengan presentase 70,00% dan aktivitas siswa rata-rata 16,03 dengan presentase 50,09%. Pada siklus II memperoleh nilai hasil belajar siswa rata-rata 85,71 dengan presentase ketuntasan belajar siswa 85,71%, aktivitas guru rata-rata 3,70 dengan presentase 92,50% dan aktivitas siswa rata-rata 25,96 dengan presentase 81,12%. Penelitian ini dikatakan berhasil karena memperoleh standar kategori yang sudah di tetapkan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Role Playing ini dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan aktivitas siswa pada siswa sekolah dasar. ----- This research is motivated by the learning outcomes obtained and concludes that student learning outcomes are still low. In the learning process students are less active and there are still many scores below the minimum completeness criteria. The solution to improve it is by applying a learning model. One of them is the Role Playing learning model.. The method in this study uses Classroom Action Research with the Kemmis and MC Taggart Spiral Models. This design has several components in its research, namely, action planning, action implementation, action observation, and reflection on action. In this study, researchers used test and observation instruments. This research was conducted in two cycles with a total of 28 fourth grade students at SD 1 Tegalmunjul. In the first cycle, the average value of the results of increased learning is 61.60 with a student learning completeness percentage of 35.57%, teacher activity is 2.80 with a percentage of 70.00% and student activity is an average of 16.03 with a percentage 50.09%. In the second cycle, the student learning outcomes averaged 85.71 with a student learning completeness percentage of 85.71%, teacher activity averaged 3.70 with a percentage of 92.50% and student activity an average of 25.96 with a percentage of 81.12%. This research is said to be successful because it obtains a standard category that has been set. It can be concluded that this Role Playing learning model can improve learning outcomes and student activities in elementary school students.
