Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Servant Leadership Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Mutu Pembelajaran Daring di SMP Negeri 29 Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriftif ditunjang dengan studi kepustakaa. Adapun Teknik yang dilaksanakan pada penelitian ini ada dua tahap. Pada tahap awal dilakukan penyebaran angket melalui hoogle form ke SMP Negeri 29 Kota Bandung, yang kedua adalah melakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, dan analisis data adapaun jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 orang guru dengan Teknik pengambilan total sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diketahui terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Servant Leadership Terhadap Mutu Pembelajaran Daring Pada SMP Negeri 29 Kota Bandung dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,844; dengan nilai uji signifikansi sebesar 10,315 terbukti signifikan karena t-hitung (10,315) > t-tabel (2,016); hasil perolehan analisis koefisien determinasi sebesar 71,2%, hal ini menggambarkan bahwa Pengaruh Servant Leadership Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Mutu Pembelajaran Daring adalah sebesar 71,2% dan sisanyan sebesar 28,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti pengaruh kinerja guru, kualitas pembelajaran, dan gaya kepemimimpinan kepala sekolah. Adapun persamaan dari regresi Y atas X adalah Ý = 6,316 + 0,844 X. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Servant Leadership Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Mutu Pembelajarang Daring Di SMP Negeri 29 Kota Bandung. This study aims to determine the Influence of Principal Servant Leadership on the Quality of Online Learning at 29 State Junior High School in Bandung City. The research method used is descriptive method supported by literature study. There are two stages of the technique carried out in this research. At the initial stage, the questionnaire was distributed through a hoogle form to 29 State Junior High School, the second was to test the validity and reliability test, and analyze the data while the number of respondents in this study were 45 teachers with a total sampling technique. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between Servant Leadership on the Quality of Online Learning at 29 State Junior High School In Bandung City with a correlation coefficient value of 0.844; with a significance test value of 10.315 proved significant because t-count (10.315) > t-table (2.016); the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination of 71.2%, this illustrates that the influence of the Principal's Servant Leadership on the Quality of Online Learning is 71.2% and the remaining 28.8% is influenced by other factors such as the influence of teacher performance, learning quality, and the principal's leadership style. The equation of the Y regression over X is = 6.316 + 0.844 X. This proves that there is a positive and significant influence between the Principal's Servant Leadership on the Quality of Online Learning at 29 State Junior High School in Bandung City.
