Abstract
Secara umum tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran pengaruh pengawasan pimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data kuesioner. Analisis perhitungan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program Microsoft Excel 2013 dan SPSS versi 26.0 for windows. Hasil perhitungan WMS (Weight Means Score) menunjukkan rata-rata kecenderungan umum untuk variabel X (Pengawasan Pimpinan) dan variabel Y (Disiplin Kerja Pegawai) berada dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Hasil uji koefesien korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y diperoleh hasil positif sebesar 0,683 menunjukkan bahwa variabel X dan variabel Y memiliki korelasi atau hubungan yang kuat. Hasil uji signifikansi menunjukkan bahwa dengan kaidah pengujian thitung ≥ttabel 6,679 ≥1,675 maka Ha diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara pengawasan pimpinan dengan disiplin kerja pegawai. Dalam hasil uji determinasi variabel X memberikan kontribusi kepada variabel Y sebesar 46,7% dan 53,3% terdapat faktor lainnya. Serta hasil uji regresi yang menunjukkan 15,538 + 0,683 artinya apabila pengawasan pimpinan meningkat 0,683 maka disiplin kerja pegawai juga akan meningkat 0,683. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pengawasan pimpinan dan disiplin kerja pegawai mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan, yang artinya jika pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh pimpinan semakin baik maka akan berpengaruh baik juga terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai. In general, the purpose of this study is to describe the effect of leadership supervision on employee work discipline. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study was questionnaire data collection. Calculation analysis in this study using Microsoft Excel 2013 and SPSS version 26.0 for windows. The calculation results of WMS (Weight Means Score) shows the general trend average for the X variable (Leadership Supervision) and Y (Employee Work Discipline) is in the very high category. The results of the correlation coefficient test between variables X and Y variables obtained a positive result of 0.683 indicating that the X variable and Y variable have a strong correlation or relationship. The results of the significance test show that with the test rules tcount≥ttable 6,679≥1,675 then Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between leadership supervision and employee work discipline. In the results of the determination test, the variable X contributed 46.7% to the Y variable and 53.3% there were other factors. And the results of the regression test which show 15.538 + 0.683 means that if the supervision of the leadership increases by 0.683, the employee's work discipline will also increase by 0.683. The conclusion of this study is that leadership supervision and employee work discipline have a significant positive effect, which means that if the supervision carried out by the leadership is getting better, it will also have a good effect on employee work discipline.
