Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Komitmen Kepala Sekolah Dalam Pembinaan Kinerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SDN Se-Kecamatan Sindangkerta Kabupaten Bandung Barat” secara umum bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengaruh komitmen kepala sekolah dalam pembinaan kinerja terhadap kinerja guru di SDN se-Kecamatan Sindangkerta Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Metode yang digunakan yaitu melalui survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket melalui google form dengan responden sebanyak 39 kepala sekolah. Analisis perhitungan yang dilakukan menggunakan bantuan microsoft excel 2016 dan SPSS versi 25.0 for windows. Hasil perhitungan WMS (Weight Means Score) menunjukan temuan dengan skor kecenderungan umum variabel X sebesar 4,73 yang tergolong pada kategori sangat baik. Sementara itu skor kecenderungan umum variabel Y sebesar 4,69 yang tergolong pada kategori sangat baik. Hasil dari perhitungan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,689 yang artinya terdapat hubungan kuat antara variabel X dengan variabel Y. Adapun hasil uji signifikansi diperoleh t hitung 5,779 dan t tabel sebesar 1,6871 jika dibandingkan maka t hitung > t tabel. Dengan uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 47,4% maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara komitmen kepala sekolah dalam pembinaan kinerja terhadap kinerja guru di SDN se-Kecamatan Sindangkerta Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Dalam komitmen pembinaan kinerja, kepala sekolah dapat memaksimalkan kegiatan supervisi klinis sebagai usaha dalam membina kinerja guru pada aspek penampilan mengajar actual dan diagnosa permasalahan pembelajaran. Pada kinerja guru perlu ditingkatkan pada kegiatan merencanakan pembelajaran yang ditujukan untuk terlaksananya kegiatan pembelajaran secara sistematis.; This study entitled "The Effect of Principal Commitment in Coaching Performance on Teacher Performance in SDN Sindangkerta District West Bandung Regency" in general aims to describe the effect of principal's commitment in fostering performance on teacher performance in SDN throughout Sindangkerta District, West Bandung Regency. The method used is through a survey with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires via google form with 39 principals as respondents. Calculation analysis was carried out using the help of Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS version 25.0 for Windows. The results of the calculation of WMS (Weight Means Score) show findings with a general tendency score for the X variable of 4.73 which is classified in the very good category. Meanwhile, the general trend score of variable Y is 4.69 which is classified in the very good category. The results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient of 0.689, which means that there is a strong relationship between the X variable and the Y variable. The results of the significance test obtained t count 5.779 and t table 1.6871 when compared, t count > t table. With a determination coefficient test of 47.4%, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the principal's commitment in fostering performance on the performance of teachers in SDN in Sindangkerta District, West Bandung Regency. In the commitment to performance development, principals can maximize clinical supervision activities as an effort to foster teacher performance in aspects of actual and diagnosis of learning problems. The teacher's performance needs to be improved in planning learning activities aimed at implementing learning activities systematically.
