Abstract
Sulitnya mengungkapkan emosi pada anak umumnya sering ditemukan, berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh dari Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (Kemen PPPA) sepanjang tahun 2022 hingga Februari sudah tercatat 2.784 kasus kekerasan terhadap anak disebabkan orang tua yang otoriter. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya sulitnya anak mengungkapkan emosi disebabkan takut maupun tidak tahu cara mengungkapkan emosi yaitu kondisi trauma atas lingkungan di rumah dengan pola asuh otoriter, mengalami gangguan kesehatan mental, memiliki sifat mudah cemas dan gugup. Padahal aspek ini sangatlah penting guna menumbuhkan kepercayadirian pada anak ketika dewasa, juga menumbuhkan kepercayaan pada orang terdekatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas menggunakan desain penelitian Pelton dengan 5 prosedur penelitian,dalam pelaksanaannya menggunakan model pembelajaran sentra bahan alam dengan kegiatan bermain pasir yang bermuat tentang emosi seperti marah, senang, sedih dan takut, dengan menggunakan media alam dan diruagan yang terbuka membuat anak lebih bereksplorasi, adapun pelibatan bantuan seperti catatan lapangan menjadi alternatif tambahan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian dilakukan sebanyak empat kali tindakan yang dilakukan di salah satu PAUD di Kecamatan Cicalengka dengan mengambil kelompok TK B dengan usia 5-6 tahun. Terdapat simpulan pada penelitian kali ini yaitu stimulasi ekspresi emosi anak dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan penting dalam pembelajaran sentra yaitu bercerita, saintifik, membuat aturan main, dan memainkan 4 ragam kegiatan lalu pengungkapan perasaan, lalu persentase keberhasilan penelitian sebesar 88,7% pada tindakan keempat. Dengan demikiran penelitian ini dianggap berhasil, karena sudah mencapai kategori baik yaitu 76-100%. ------- The difficulty of expressing emotions in children is generally often found, based on information obtained from the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (Kemen PPPA) from 2022 to February there have been 2,784 cases of violence against children caused by authoritarian parents. One of the factors that make it difficult for children to express emotions is due to fear or not knowing how to express emotions, namely trauma conditions in the home environment with authoritarian parenting, experiencing mental health disorders, having an easily anxious and nervous nature. Even though this aspect is very important in order to foster confidence in children as adults, it also fosters trust in those closest to them. This study uses classroom action research using a Pelton research design with 5 research procedures, in its implementation using a natural material center learning model with sand play activities that contain emotions such as anger, joy, sadness and fear, using natural media and an open room to make children more exploratory, while the involvement of assistance such as field notes is an additional alternative in this research. The study was carried out four times in an action carried out in one PAUD in Cicalengka District by taking the TK B group with the age of 5-6 years. There is a conclusion in this study that the stimulation of children's emotional expression is carried out with several important stages in the learning center, namely storytelling, scientific, making rules of the game, and playing 4 kinds of activities and then expressing feelings, then the percentage of research success is 88.7% in the fourth action. Thus, this research is considered successful, because it has reached the good category, namely 76- 100%.
