Abstract

Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah kurang dikenalnya wawacan dan pentingnya nilai kearifan lokal bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan struktur formal, struktur naratif, dan nilai etnopedagogik yang terdapat pada Wawacan Putri Sekar Arum karya Cucu Suhartini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-analitis dengan teknik studi pustaka untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) struktur formal yang meliputi guru lagu dan guru wilangan yang tidak sesuai dengan aturan pupuh berjumlah 23 larik, sasmita pupuh yang berjumlah empat sasmita, dan watak pupuh yang berjumlah empat pupuh; 2) struktur naratif dalam Wawacan Putri Sekar Arum meliputi tema tentang kehidupan sosial, tokoh yang berjumlah 23 tokoh, alur yang menggunakan alur campuran, dan latar yang meliputi 17 latar tempat, 10 latar waktu, dan dua status sosial dalam latar sosial dan budaya; 3) nilai etnopedagogik yang berorientasi pada nilai moral kemanusiaan meliputi moral manusia kepada Tuhan, moral manusia kepada pribadi, moral manusia kepada sesama manusia, moral manusia kepada waktu, moral manusia kepada alam, dan moral manusia terhadap kepuasan lahir dan batin. Kata kunci: etnopedagogik, struktur formal, struktur naratif, wawacan. WAWACAN PUTRI SEKAR ARUM BY CUCU SUHARTINI (Study of Structure and Ethnopedagogic) Sherina Kusdayani ABSTRACT The background of this study is less familiar wawacan and the importance of local wisdom values for the community. The purpose of this research to describe the formal structure, narrative structure, and ethnopedagogic found in the Wawacan Putri Sekar Arum by Cucu Suhartini. The method of this study is descriptive-analytic with technic study literature to collect data. The result is: 1) the formal structure which includes guru lagu and guru wilangan who do not comply with the pupuh rules total 23 lines, sasmita pupuh total 4 sasmita, and characters of pupuh total 4 pupuh; 2) the narrative structure which includes theme is about social life, the figure total 23 figure, the plot use progressive-regressive plot, setting of story divided into three settings that is 17 scenes, 10 times, and 2 social status in social and cultural settings; 3) the ethnopedagogic values oriented to moral of humanity; the moral of human to God, the moral of human to themselves, the moral of human to other human beings, the moral of human to nature, the moral of human to time, and the moral of human in achieving physical and mental satisfaction.
