Abstract

HUBUNGAN PELAKSANAAN TUGAS KESEHATAN KELUARGA DENGAN TINGKAT KEPATUHAN PENDERITA HIPERTENSI DALAM MENGKONSUMSI OBAT ANTIHIPERTENSI ABSTRAK Winia Tri Hasanah1, Popi Sopiah2, Diding Kelana Setiadi3 1Mahasiswa Prodi Keperawatan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia 2,3Dosen Prodi Keperawatan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Hipertensi merupakan penyakit sistem kardiovaskuler yang dikenal dengan silent killer atau pembunuh diam – diam sehingga mengakibatkan prevalensi hipertensi yang tinggi di Indonesia bahkan dunia, salah satu cara untuk meminimalisir hipertensi yaitu dengan mengonsumsi obat antihipertensi secara rutin dan teratur sehingga peran keluarga dalam ruang lingkup lima tugas kesehatan keluarga menjadi faktor pendukung kepatuhan penderita hipertensi dalam proses pengobatan tersebut. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pelaksanaan tugas kesehatan keluarga dengan tingkat kepatuhan penderita hipertensi dalam mengkonsumsi obat antihipertensi. Metode: Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif survey deskriptif korelasi. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 93 responden menggunakan total sampling dan lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jatinunggal. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dilakukan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan distribusi frekuensi kemudian dilakukan analisis uji Chi-Square. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan tugas kesehatan keluarga hampir seluruhnya (94,6%) dalam kategori baik, tingkat kepatuhan mengkonsumsi obat antihipertensi sebagian besar (72%) dalam kategori patuh, dan hubungan antara pelaksanaan tugas kesehatan keluarga dengan tingkat kepatuhan penderita hipertensi dalam mengkonsumsi obat (ɑ = 0,016).Kesimpulan: Dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara pelaksanaan tugas kesehatan keluarga dengan tingkat kepatuhan penderita hipertensi dalam mengkonsumsi obat antihipertensi. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the implementation of family health tasks with the level of compliance of hypertension patients in consuming antihypertensive drugs. Methods: The research design in this study was a quantitative descriptive correlation survey. The number of samples in this study were 93 respondents using total sampling and the research location was carried out in the Jatinunggal Health Center Work Area.data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed the data in this study using a frequency distribution and then analyzed the Chi-Square. Results: The results showed that almost all of the implementation of family health tasks (94.6%) were in the good category, the level of adherence to taking antihypertensive drugs was mostly (72%) in the obedient category, and the relationship between the implementation of family health tasks and the level of compliance of patients with hypertension in consuming drug (ɑ = 0.016). Conclusion: In this study it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the implementation of family health tasks and the level of compliance of hypertension sufferers in taking antihypertensive drugs.  Keywords: Family Health Tasks, Hypertension, Drug Compliance
