Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tingkat kognitif soal-soal pada buku teks matematika kelas V pada Bab Operasi Hitung Pecahan dan Bangun Ruang berdasarkan tingkat kognitif taksonomi bloom. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis dokumen/isi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah soal-soal Uji Kompetensi pada buku Senang Belajar Matematika, yang ditulis oleh Purnomosidi, Wiyanto, Safiroh, dan Ida Gantiny yang diterbitkan Pusat Kurikulum dan Perbukuan Balitbang Kemendikbud (2018). Pada penelitian ini secara bertahap akan dianalisis tingkat kognitif pada soal-soal tersebut berdasarkan proses kognitif yang digunakan dalam penyelesaiannya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis yang dilakukan ditemukan soal C1 (Mengingat) sebanyak 0 butir soal, C2 (Memahami) sebanyak 8,20% (5 butir soal), C3 (Mengaplikasikan) sebanyak 80,33% (49 butir soal), C4 (Menganalisis) sebanyak 11,47% (7 butir soal), C5 (Mengevaluasi) tidak ada sama sekali dan C6 (Mencipta) tidak ada sama sekali. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kognitif soal yang mendominasi dalam buku tersebut berada pada tingkat C3 (mengaplikasikan), sehingga soal dalam buku tersebut belum mengembangkan soal HOTS. ----- This study aims to describe the cognitive level of the questions in the fifth grade mathematics textbook in the Chapter on Fractional Counting and Spatial Building based on Bloom's taxonomy cognitive level. This study uses a qualitative research design with document/content analysis methods. The subjects of this research are Competency Test questions in the book Happy to Learn Mathematics, written by Purnomosidi, Wiyanto, Safiroh, and Idagantiny published by the Center for Curriculum and Books Balitbang Kemendikbud (2018). In this study, the cognitive level of these questions will be analyzed gradually based on the cognitive processes used in solving them. Based on the results of the research and analysis conducted, it was found that there were 0 questions C1 (Remembering), C2 (Understanding) 8.20% (5 items), C3 (Applying) 80.33% (49 items), C4 (Analyzing) as much as 11.47% (7 items), C5 (Evaluating) not at all and C6 (Creating) not at all. These results indicate that the cognitive level of the questions that dominate in the book is at the level of C3 (applying), so the questions in the book have not developed HOTS questions.
