Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis motivasi umum dan motivasi religius terhadap tingkat keputusan berkunjung wisatawan muslim di kawasan wisata Stone Garden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Non probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Populasi responden merupakan wisatawan muslim berdomisili di Kota Bandung yang sudah pernah berkunjung ke kawasan wisata Stone Garden. Skala yang digunakan adalah skala likert, kemudian data diolah menggunakan software Smart-PLS 3.0. Bedasarkan hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa variabel motivasi umum dan motivasi religius berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap keputusan berkunjung. hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel yang pengaruhnya paling dominan terhadap keputusan berkunjung adalah variabel motivasi umum sebesar 0,535. Diharapkan pihak perusahaan dapat mempertahankan serta meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap motivasi, karena motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang dominan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan berkunjung, diantaranya dengan banyak mengeluarkan inovasi-inovasi baru, sehingga leputusan berkunjung akan meningkat. The purpose of this research was to analyze general motivation and religious motivation on the decision level of visiting Muslim tourists in the Stone Garden. The research method used is quantitative with a total of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The population of respondents is Muslim tourists who live in the city of Bandung who has visited the Stone Garden tourist area. The scale used is the Likert scale, then the data is processed using Smart-PLS 3.0 software. Based on the test results show that the general motivation and religious motivation variables have a significant positive effect on the decision to visit. The results showed that the variable with the most dominant influence on the decision to visit was the general motivation variable of 0.535. It is expected that the company can maintain and improve services on motivation, because motivation has a dominant influence in influencing visiting decisions, including by adding new innovations so that visiting decisions will increase.
