Abstract

Penelitian berjudul Pembelajaran Vokal Grup dalam Kegiatan Pengembangan Diri di SMPN 1 Panumbangan di latarbelakangi oleh 3 alasan:(1), pengajar bukan berlatar pendidikan musik formal;(2) letak sekolah berada jauh dari kota;(3) memiliki prestasi dalam bidang vokal grup di kabupaten Ciamis. Melalui metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dikaji “bagaimana proses pembelajaran vokal grup di SMPN 1 Panumbangan” hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada tahapan belajar yakni vokalizing dan pelatihan lagu. Vokalizing meliputi latihan pernafasan, artikulasi, penguasaan nada dikombinasikan dengan pernafasan. Pelatihan penguasaan nada meliputi pengenalan lagu, pembagian suara, pemaduan suara. Siswa juga dilibatkan untuk menentukan lagu yang dipelajari. Aransemen lagu dibuat oleh pengajar. Proses latihan lagu disampaikan secara lisan melalui metode imitasi, demonstrasi, dan driil. Untuk mempertahankan motivasi belajar pengajar membuat variasi latihan di rumah siswa, olahraga bersama, dan melatih kepekaan estetik melalui permainan. Kesimpulannya, pembelajaran vokal grup di SMPN 1 Panumbangan ini berlangsung dengan baik karena pengajar mampu mengembangkan strategi untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa, tahapan dan metode yang terstruktur, pemilihan materi berdasarkan kebutuhan siswa dan strategi yang mampu mempertahankan motivasi siswa. The study entitled Learning Vocal Group in Self Development Activities at SMPN1 Panumbangan on the back by three reasons: (1), teaching is not set in formal music education, (2) the schools are located far away from the city, (3) a proven record in the field of vocal group Kudat district. Through descriptive method with qualitative approaches examined "how vocal learning process in the group SMPN1 Panumbangan" results showed that there are stages of learning and training vokalizing the song. Vokalizing include breathing exercises, articulation, control of tone combined with breathing. Training includes an introduction song mastering tones, voice division, integration of voice. Students are also involved to determine a song is learned. Song arrangement made by the teacher. Training process delivered orally through song imitation method, demonstration, and driil. To maintain the motivation to learn to make a variety of exercises teaching students at home, exercise together, and aesthetic sensitivity training through the game. In conclusion, learning vocal group SMPN1 Panumbangan This worked well because the teacher is able to carry out activities to improve student motivation, stages and methods are structured, the selection of materials and activities based on the needs of students who are able to maintain student motivation.
