Abstract

Pembelajaran tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) adalah jenis pembelajaran kooperatif yang dilakukan secara berkelompok dalam pelaksanaan pembelajarannya, setiap anggota berkelompoknya bertanggung jawab atas tugas kelompoknya. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan penerapan model NHT (Numbered Head Together) pada pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah model Numbered Head Together (NHT) berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa di kelas. Model Numbered Head Together (NHT) juga membuat siswa mengalami pengalaman yang seru dalam belajar. Metode ini berhasil meningkatkan kerjasama antar siswa di kelas. Namun model Numbered Head Together (NHT) dinilai kurang cocok dilakukan di kelas rendah dikarenakan siswa kelas rendah belum memahami konsep belajar berkelompok. Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning is one type of cooperative learning that is carried out in groups in the implementation of learning, each member of the group is responsible for his group assignments. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of the NHT (Numbered Head Together) method in learning in elementary schools. The result of this research is the Numbered Head Together (NHT) method has an effect on student learning outcomes in class. The Numbered Head Together (NHT) method also makes students experience an exciting learning experience. This method succeeded in increasing cooperation between students in the class. However, the Numbered Head Together (NHT) method is considered less suitable to be carried out in low grades because low grade students do not understand the concept of group learning
