Abstract
Abstrak: Peningkatan mutu pembelajaran dilaksanakan melalui revitalisasi kinerja kepala sekolah dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Tahun 2020 Indonesia dihadapkan dengan tantangan baru, yakni industri 4.0. yang biasa disebut dengan data technology. Hampir semua aspek kehidupan bergantung pada teknologi, khususnya machine learning, AI, dan robot. Dalam pembelajaran di kelas, guru perlu memperhatikan aspek pembelajaran yang mendukung terwujudnya pengembangan potensi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Pembelajaran Kepala Sekolah dan Kinerja mengajar guru Terhadap Hasil belajar Siswa SD di Kecamatan Sumedang Utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitiannya adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Pengaruh Kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah terhadap hasil belajar siswa SD di Sumedang Utara dengan signifikansi t sebesar 0,019 < 0,05. Artinya kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa SD di Sumedang Utara dengan persentase 67,5%. 2) Pengaruh kinerja mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa SD di Sumedang Utara dengan signifikansi t sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. Dengan demikian kinerja mengajar guru berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa SD di Sumedang Utara dengan persentase 69,9%. 3) Pengaruh kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah dan kinerja mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa SD di Sumedang Utara dengan signifikansi F sebesar 0,002 < 0,05 dengan persentase 70,3%. Semakin baik kualitas kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru, maka semakin baik pula hasil belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu agar kinerja mengajar guru dan hasil belajar siswa dapat meningkat, maka kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah harus dilaksanakan dengan optimal. Abstract: Improving the quality of learning is carried out through revitalizing the performance of school principals and principals' leadership. In 2020, Indonesia is faced with a new challenge, namely industry 4.0. commonly known as data technology. Almost all aspects of life depend on technology, especially machine learning, AI and robots. In classroom learning, teachers need to pay attention to aspects of learning that support the realization of the potential development of students. This study aims to obtain an overview of the effect of principals' learning leadership and teacher teaching performance on learning outcomes of elementary school students in North Sumedang District. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The results of the research are as follows: 1) The influence of the principal's learning leadership on the learning outcomes of elementary school students in North Sumedang with a t significance of 0.019 < 0.05. This means that the learning leadership of the principal has a positive effect on the learning outcomes of elementary school students in North Sumedang with a percentage of 67.5%. 2) The effect of teacher teaching performance on primary school student learning outcomes in North Sumedang with a significance of t of 0.001 <0.05. Thus the teaching performance of teachers has a positive effect on the learning outcomes of elementary school students in North Sumedang with a percentage of 69.9%. 3) The effect of principal's learning leadership and teacher's teaching performance on primary school student learning outcomes in North Sumedang with a significance F of 0.002 < 0.05 with a percentage of 70.3%. The better the quality of the principal's learning leadership on the teaching performance of teachers, the better the student learning outcomes. Therefore, in order to increase the teaching performance of teachers and student learning outcomes, the principal's learning leadership must be implemented optimally.
