Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara dukungan sosial dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawati di masa Work From Home di Kota Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan responden berjumlah 100 orang karyawati di Kota Bekasi. Instrument penelitian ini adalah instrumen Interpersonal Support Evaluation List (ISEL) untuk mengukur dukungan sosial dan Organizational Commitment Questionaire (OCQ) untuk mengukur komitmen organisasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi dengan teknik regresi linear. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara dukungan sosial terhadap komitmen afektif, kontinuitas, dan normatif. ABSTRACK Reynita Eka Tasya Amelia L (1404051). This study aims to determine the effect of social support with organizational commitment on female employees during the Work From Home period in Bekasi City. The research method used is a quantitative method with 100 employees in Bekasi City as respondents. Interpersonal Support Evaluation List (ISEL) to measure social support and the Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ) to measure organizational commitment. The data analysis technique used is regression analysis with linear regression technique. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between social support on affective commitment, continuity, and normative.
