Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan partisipan penelitian berjumlah 469 mahasiswa tingkat akhir Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan General Self-Efficacy Scale (Schwarzer & Jerussalem, 1995) untuk mengukur efikasi diri. Skala kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja (Greenberger & Padesky, 1995) untuk mengukur kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja pada mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data dengan cara regresi linier. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara efikasi diri terhadap kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy on anxiety facing the world of work in final year students at the Indonesia University of Education. The research method used is a quantitative method with research participants totaling 469 final year students at the Indonesia University of Education. The instrument in this study used the General Self-Efficacy Scale (Schwarzer & Jerusalem, 1995) to measure self-efficacy. Anxiety scale to face the world of work (Greenberger & Padesky, 1995) to measure anxiety facing the world of work in students. The data analysis technique was linear regression. The results obtained indicate that there is a significant effect between self-efficacy on anxiety facing the world of work in final year students at the Indonesia University of Education.
