Abstract

ABSTRAK Di tengah kondisi krisis pandemi COVID-19, kita sedang beradaptasi dengan situasi yang belum jelas, terutama dalam penyelenggaraan pembelajaran. Manajemen sekolah perlu bekerjasama untuk merancang pembelajaran yang kontekstual agar mudah diterapkan oleh peserta didik bersama dengan orang tua di rumah masing-masing. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen sekolah beradaptasi dalam bidang teknologi pembelajaran dan manajemen keuangan untuk melakukan PJJ, problematika apa saja yang dihadapi dalam mengimplementasikan PJJ, faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam beradaptasi selama pembelajaran jarak jauh berlangsung serta persiapan untuk menghadapi tahun ajaran baru dan pembelajaran tatap muka. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan di Bandung Independent School. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian temuan dilapangan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Proses adaptasi manajemen sekolah dilakukan dengan efektif meskipun ada beberapa hambatan seperti pengurangan jumlah peserta didik, problematika yang ditemui dari hasil evaluasi terhadap tendik dan orang tua murid dapat diselesaikan dengan baik, banyak faktor yang mendukung manajemen sekolah dalam beradaptasi karena tendik dan peserta didik sudah terbiasa menggunakan teknologi selama pembelajaran tatap muka sementara itu faktor penghambat terdapat beberapa masalah psikologis dalam menjalankan PJJ dan sekolah memberikan fasilitas konsuling untuk siapapun yang membutuhkan dan untuk persiapan tahun ajaran baru mengacu pada survey kepuasan konsumen, manajemen sekolah mempersiapkan program baru diantaranya mendatangkan nara sumber dari luar sekolah untuk berbagi ilmu dan kolaborasi dengan kelas lain dalam pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: manajemen sekolah, adaptasi, PJJ, teknologi pembelajaran, manajemen keuangan, Covid-19 ABSTRACT In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, we are adapting to an unclear situation, especially in the implementation of learning. School management needs to work together to design contextual learning so that it can be easily applied by students together with their parents in their respective homes. The objectives to be achieved in this research are to find out how school management adapts in the field of learning technology and financial management to conduct distance learning, what problems are encountered in implementing distance learning, supporting and inhibiting factors in adapting during distance learning and preparation for the new school year and face-to-face learning. This study uses a qualitative descriptive conducted at the Bandung Independent School. Based on the results of the research findings in the field, it can be concluded that the adaptation process of school management is carried out effectively even though there are several obstacles such as reducing the number of students, the problems encountered from the results of the evaluation of the students and parents can be resolved properly, many factors support school management in adapting because the staff and students are used to using technology during face-to-face learning while the inhibiting factor is that there are several psychological problems in carrying out distance learning and the school provides counseling facilities for anyone who needs it and to prepare for the new school year referring to the consumer satisfaction survey, school management prepares New programs to include bringing in resource persons from outside the school to share knowledge and collaborate with other classes in learning.
