    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh besarnya presentase pengangguran yang disumbangkan oleh lulusan SMK.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah efikasi diri berperan memoderasi pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa SMKN bidang keahlian dan bisnis sebanyak 1.403 siswa. Dengan menggunakan teknik sampel random sampling dan proportional random sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 313 siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei eksplanatori dan teknik analisis data yaitu analisis regresi berganda dengan variabel moderasi (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (i) pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap minat berwirausaha, (ii) efikasi diri berperan memoderasi pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa.

    ABSTRACT
    This research is motivated by the large percentage of unemployment contributed by vocational graduates. This study aims to determine whether self-efficacy plays a role in moderating the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on student entrepreneurial interest. The population in this study were vocational high school students of expertise and business as many as 1,403 students. By using random sampling and proportional random sampling techniques, a sample of 313 students was obtained. The method used is an explanatory survey and data analysis technique, namely multiple regression analysis with moderating variables (MRA). The results showed that: (i) entrepreneurial knowledge had a negative effect on entrepreneurial interest, (ii) self-efficacy played a role in moderating the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on student entrepreneurial interest.
