Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kemajemukan atau multikultural masyarakat bagian dari sunnatullah dan seperti pisau bermata dua yang memberikan sumbangan besar bagi khasanah kemaslahatan umat sekaligus bisa memunculkan ketegangan, konflik dan krisis social bila tidak di kelola dengan baik. Pendidikan Agama Islam berwawasan multikultural diyakini sebagai media yang paling efektif untuk menjawab persoalan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui tentang model penanaman nilai-nilai multikultural dan nilai-nilai multikultural yang ditanamkan melalui PAI di SMA Negeri 1 Dayun, serta implikasi model penanaman nilai-nilai multikultural di SMA Negeri 1 Dayun terhadap pengembangan model pembelajaran PAI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik atau metode pengumpulan data di peroleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan triangulasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model penanaman nilai-nilai multikultural melalui PAI di SMA Negeri 1 Dayun adalah dengan hidden curriculum (kurikulum tersembunyi dengan penyisipan) berupa pengintegrasian pada semua materi pelajaran dan menginternalisasikan konsep serta pembiasaan uswah hasanah (contoh tauladan) dalam kegiatan intrakurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler melalui pendekatan pembelajaran, strategi pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, dan teknik atau taktik pembelajaran. Penanaman pada intrakurikuler seperti baca salam di awal dan akhir pembelajaran, tadarus al-qur’an sebelum pembelajaran inti pada Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (KBM) di dalam kelas, dan pada ekstrakurikuler seperti Kultum Jumat Pagi, Sholat Zuhur berjamaah, Sholat Dhuha berjamaah, Peringatan Hari Besar Islam (PHBI), Tahtimul Qur’an, Tadarus Al-Qur’an sebelum KBM, Safari Rhamadan, Ngabuburit Rhamadan, Buka Puasa Rhamadan Bersama, Qurban Idhul Adha, Gotong Royong membersihkan Makam dengan menyisipkan nilai-nilai pada setiap menjelaskan konsep materi pada setiap kegiatan belajar. Sedangkan nilai-nilai multikultural yang diambil dan dikembangkan di SMA Negeri 1 Dayun melalui Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) adalah: Nilai Toleransi (Tasamuh), Nilai Demokrasi/kebebasan (Al-Hurriyah), Nilai Kesamaan/kesetaraan (Al-Sawiyah), Nilai Keadilan (Al-Adalah, Nilai Persaudaraan (Ukhuwah). Adapun implikasi model penanaman nilai-nilai multikultural di SMA Negeri 1 Dayun adalah berdampak positif bagi pengembangan model pembelajaran PAI di sekolah umum, guru PAI menjadi memiliki model tersendiri dan tambah beragam, bervariasi serta menjadi alternatif bagi budaya sekolah, mata pelajaran yang lain, dan kegiatan rumah/masyarakat dalam rangka untuk kenyamanan dan kondusifitas aktifitas yang memang butuh integritas dari seluruh komponen pendukung di instansi sekolah itu. Kata Kunci: Nilai, Multikultural, Pendidikan Agama Islam This research is motivated by the plurality or multiculturalism of the community as part of the sunnatullah and is like a double-edged knife which makes a major contribution to the wealth of the people's benefit while at the same time it can create tension, conflict and social crisis if not managed properly. Islamic Religious Education with a multicultural perspective is believed to be the most effective medium to answer these problems. This study aims to describe and find out about the model of inculcating multicultural values and multicultural values instilled through PAI in SMA Negeri 1 Dayun, as well as the implications of the model for inculcating multicultural values at SMA Negeri 1 Dayun on the development of PAI learning models. This study uses a qualitative approach. Techniques or methods of data collection were obtained through interviews, observation, documentation, and triangulation. Data analysis techniques were carried out through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the model for inculcating multicultural values through PAI at SMA Negeri 1 Dayun was the hidden curriculum in the form of integrating all subject matter and internalizing the concept and habituation of uswah hasanah (examples of role models) in intracurricular and extracurricular activities through learning approaches, learning strategies, learning methods, and learning techniques or tactics. Intracurricular plantings such as reading greetings at the beginning and end of learning, tadarus al-qur'an before core learning in Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) in the classroom, and in extracurricular activities such as Friday Morning Kultum, Zuhur Prayer in congregation, Duha Prayer in congregation, Memorial Day Great Islam (PHBI), Tahtimul Qur'an, Tadarus Al-Qur'an before KBM, Safari Rhamadan, Ngabuburit Rhamadan, Break Fasting Rhamadan Together, Qurban Idhul Adha, Gotong Royong to clean graves by inserting values at each explaining the concept of material in every learning activity. While the multicultural values taken and developed at SMA Negeri 1 Dayun through Islamic Religious Education (PAI) are: Tolerance Values (Tasamuh), Democracy/Freedom Values (Al-Hurriyah), Equality/Equality Values (Al-Sawiyah), Values Justice (Al-Adalah, Brotherhood Values (Ukhuwah). The implication of the model for inculcating multicultural values at SMA Negeri 1 Dayun is that it has a positive impact on the development of PAI learning models in public schools, PAI teachers have their own model and become more diverse, varied and become an alternative to school culture, other subjects, and activities home/community in order for the comfort and conduciveness of activities that really need the integrity of all supporting components in the school institution.
