Departemen Psikologi, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Bandung. (2021). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan people pleasing dengan perilaku bullying pada remaja di Kota Bandung. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 200 orang responden, dengan rentang usia 15-19 tahun. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif people pleasing dengan perilaku bullying pada remaja di Kota Bandung, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,539. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini semakin tinggi people pleasing remaja maka akan semakin tinggi pula perilaku bullying remaja. Kata kunci: people pleasing, perilaku bullying. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between people pleasing and bullying behavior in adolescents in Bandung. The method in this study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The research sample was 200 respondents, with an age range of 15-19 years old. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship between people pleasing and bullying behavior in adolescents in Bandung, with a coefficient correlation value of 0,539. The conclusion of this study is that the higher the adolescent people pleasing, the higher the adolescent bullying behavior. Keywords: people pleasing, bullying behavior.
