Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana, kapan, siapa, dan dimana dalam usaha meningkatkan perilaku ekonomi produktif (PEP) pengrajin batik. Batik sebangai kekayaan Nasional yang diakui Dunia (UNESCO). Dikembangkan Conditional Process model dengan variabel moderasi dan mediasi. PEP sangat penting bagi pengrajin batik dalam meningkatkan pendapatan dan mencapai kesejahteraan hidup. Penelitian ini menggunakan Grand Theory konstruktivisme, Middle theory dengan Social Construvtivism Theory, Theory Planed of Behavior, dan Entrepreneurship education. Berdasarkan theory dan study of literature diidentifikasi PEP sebagai endogenous variables, dan pengalaman belajar ekonomi (PBE), literasi ekonomi (LE), intensi perilaku produktif (IPP) sebagai variabel mediasi, serta lingkungan sosial (LS) sebagai variabel moderasi. Data diolah dengan Conditional Process Model 92 Hayes, dan dilakukan analisis model melalui variabel mediator, moderator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan sosial yang kondusif terbukti efektif memoderasi pengaruh pengalaman belajar ekonomi terhadap perilaku ekonomi produktif dengan mediasi literasi ekonomi dan intensi perilaku produktif pengrajin batik di Kota Surakarta. Novelty dari penelitian ini adalah: 1). Model baru dengan conditional process dalam menjawab bagaimana proses meningkatkan perilaku ekonomi produktif (Mediasi), menjawab kapan, siapa, dimana (Moderasi), 2). Membentuk 2 Konsep Baru: Intensi Perilaku Produktif: Intensi kewirausahaan dan perilaku produktif dan Perilaku Ekonomi Produktif: Perilaku ekonomi dengan perilaku produktif, 3). Menghasilkan Hipotesis Baru terhadap pembentukan Intensi Perilaku Produktif, dan Perilaku Ekonomi Produktif, 4). Adaptasi istrumen Literasi Ekonomi: Telah diuji dan dikembangkan instrumen literasi ekonomi bagi pengrajin batik. Rekomendasi kepada peneliti selanjutnya untuk meneliti pengrajin batik dalam skala yang lebih luas serta dalam berbagai proses dan produknya. This study aims to determine how, when, who, and where in an effort to improve the productive economic behavior (PEP) of batik craftsmen. Batik as a recognized national wealth of the world (UNESCO). Developed Conditional Process model with moderating and mediating variables. PEP is very important for batik craftsmen in increasing income and achieving welfare. This study uses the Grand Theory of constructivism, Middle theory with Social Constructivism Theory, Theory Planed of Behavior, and Entrepreneurship education. Based on the theory and study of literature, PEP was identified as an endogenous variable, and economic learning experience (PBE), economic literacy (LE), productive behavior intention (IPP) as a mediating variable, and social environment (LS) as a moderating variable. The data were processed using Hayes' Conditional Process Model 92, and model analysis was carried out through the mediator, moderator variables. The results showed that a conducive social environment proved to be effective in moderating the effect of economic learning experiences on productive economic behavior by mediating economic literacy and the intention of productive behavior of batik craftsmen in Surakarta City. The novelties of this research are: 1). New model with conditional process in answering how the process of increasing productive economic behavior (Mediation), answering when, who, where (Moderation), 2). Forming 2 New Concepts: Productive Behavior Intentions: Entrepreneurial Intentions and Productive Behavior and Productive Economic Behavior: Economic Behavior with productive behavior, 3). Generating New Hypotheses on the formation of Productive Behavior Intentions, and Productive Economic Behavior, 4). Adaptation of Economic Literacy Instruments: Economic literacy instruments have been tested and developed for batik craftsmen. Recommendations to further researchers to examine batik craftsmen on a wider scale and in various processes and products.
