Abstract

ABSTRAK Fokus masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar yang rendah. Tinggi rendahnya hasil belajar siswa, dapat disebabkan faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal. Terdapat 3 komponen esensial dalam belajar, yaitu: kondisi internal, kondisi eksternal, dan hasil belajar. Faktor-faktor internal yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar dapat berupa efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar, sedangkan faktor eksternal berupa lingkungan belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) bagaimana pengaruh efikasi diri, lingkungan belajar, terhadap motivasi belajar, serta 2) bagaimana pengaruh efikasi diri, lingkungan belajar, dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan angket dan soal tes sebagai alat pengumpul data. Unit analisis berjumlah 360 siswa dari total ukuran populasi yang berjumlah 3606. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) efikasi diri, lingkungan belajar, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar 2) efikasi diri, lingkungan belajar, dan motvasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar Kata Kunci: Efikasi Diri, Lingkungan Belajar, Motivasi Belajar, Hasil belajar ABSTRACT The focus of the problem in this study is low learning achievement. High and low student learning achievement, can be caused by internal factors and external factors. There are 3 essential components in learning, namely: internal conditions, external conditions, and learning outcomes. Internal factors that affect learning achievement can be in the form of self-efficacy and learning motivation, while external factors are in the form of learning environment. This study aims to determine 1) how the influence of self-efficacy, learning environment, on learning motivation and 2) how the influence of self-efficacy, learning environment, and learning motivation on learning achievement . The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri in the city of Bandung. The method used in this study is a survey method with questionnaires and test questions as a data collection tool. The unit of analysis is 360 students from a total population size of 3606.
