Abstract

Abstrak: Religiusitas adalah komitmen seseorang dalam menginternalisasi ajaran agama yang dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mencakup keyakinan, ibadah ritual, perasaan, pengetahuan, dan konsekuensi beragama. Religiusitas penting bagi remaja, karena merupakan salah satu tugas perkembangan yaitu beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi dari fenomena remaja di sekolah yang berkaitan dengan religiusitas, antara lain: kurangnya motivasi megikuti kegiatan kegamaan, perilaku ibadah yang masih insidental, dan kurangnya disiplin. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran umum religiusitas siswa, dan menyusun program bimbingan pribadi yang layak diterapkan di SMA Negeri 19 Bandung. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, dengan jumlah sampel penelitian 264 siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 19 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket instrumen religiusitas dalam bentuk formulir. Hasil penelitaian menunjukan secara umum rata-rata reilgiusitas siswa berada pada kategori sedang, di mana siswa memiliki perilaku melaksanakan ajaran agama Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari secara taat dan konsisten pada beberapa dimensi diantara lima dimensi dari religiusitas. Program bimbingan pribadi telah layak menurut ahli program dan praktisi di sekolah untuk mengembangkan religiusitas, yang disusun berdasarkan deskripsi kebutuhan dari data penelitian. Kata Kunci: Religiusitas, Program Bimbingan Pribadi Abstract: Religiosity is a person's commitment to internalizing religious teachings in daily life, including beliefs, ritual worship, feelings, knowledge, and religious consequences. Religiosity is important for adolescent, because one of the adolescent’s developmental tasks is faith and piety to God. The phenomenon of adolescents at school such as lack of motivation to participate in religious activities, incidental worship behavior, and lack of discipline are related to religiousity. This study aims to determine the general description of students' religiosity, and to develop an applicable Personal Guidance Program applied for SMA Negeri 19 Bandung. The study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. Sampling used a saturated sampling technique, with a total sample of 264 students of class XI SMA Negeri 19 Bandung for the 2019/2020 academic year. The data are conducted from a form of Religiosity Instrument Questionnaire. The results of the study shows that in general, student’s religiosity is in the medium category, which means the students are having the behavior of carrying out Islamic teachings in daily life in a devout and consistent manner on several dimensions among the five dimensions of religiosity. The personal guidance program has been feasible according to Guidance & Counseling’s Program Experts and Practitioners in schools to develop religiosity, which is compiled based on a description of needs from the research data.
