Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi pandemi Covid-19 yang berdampak pada sektor pendidikan, khususnya pada jalur pendidikan nonformal melalui program pendidikan kesetaraan di PKBM yang berada pada Wilayah Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Semenjak adanya pandemi ini pemerintah membuat kebijakan bahwa pembelajaran yang awalnya tatap muka, beralih ke lingkungan belajar online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi pembelajaran self-regulated learning, lingkungan keluarga, dan manajemen pembelajaran terhadap capaian hasil belajar peserta didik Paket C kelas 12 pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Populasinya yaitu peserta didik Paket C kelas 12 di Kabupaten Bandung Barat yang berjumlah 2469 orang dan sampel penelitian sejumlah 304 orang. Data diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan angket melalui Google Form selama satu bulan. Metode statistik untuk pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) strategi pembelajaran self-regulated learning yang digunakan pada indikator refleksi dikategorikan sangat baik karena karena faktor eksternalnya yaitu tutor memberikan sebuah pengantar refleksi yang berisi deskripsi kegiatan belajar yang baru saja selesai dilakukan sehingga memicu motivasi warga belajar, (2) peran lingkungan keluarga pada indikator dimensi hubungan dikategorikan baik karena orang tua memastikan anak belajar daring dengan aman, memberi semangat anak untuk belajar secara daring, dan aktif berhubungan dengan tutor, (3) pengorganisasian dalam menejemen pembelajaran menempati posisi yang strategis karena sebelumnya lembaga PKBM sudah pernah melakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh, (4) strategi pembelajaran self-regulated learning merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi capaian hasil belajar yaitu pada tahap refleksi, karena tutor memberikan sebuah pengantar refleksi dengan bertanya kepada warga belajar mengenai kegiatan belajar yang baru dilaluinya sehingga warga belajar mampu memberikan umpan balik terhadap proses belajar. Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu strategi pembelajaran self-regulated learning memberikan pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap capain hasil belajar. This research was motivated by the Covid-19 pandemic condition which had an impact on the education sector, especially on the non-formal education pathway through the equality education program at PKBM located in the West Bandung Regency Region. Since this pandemic, the government has made a policy that initially face-to-face learning will switch to an online learning environment. This study aims to analyze the effect of self-regulated learning strategies, family environment, and learning management on the learning outcomes of Class 12 Package C students during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population is students of Package C class 12 in West Bandung Regency, totaling 2469 people and the research sample is 304 people. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires through Google Form for one month. Statistical method for hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings show that: (1) the self-regulated learning learning strategy used in the reflection indicator is categorized as very good because due to external factors, namely the tutor provides an introduction to reflection that contains a description of the learning activities that have just been completed so as to trigger the motivation of the learning community, (2 ) the role of the family environment on the relationship dimension indicators is categorized as good because parents ensure children learn online safely, encourage children to learn online, and actively engage with tutors, (3) organization in learning management occupies a strategic position because previously PKBM institutions have have conducted distance learning, (4) self-regulated learning learning strategies are the most dominant factor in influencing the achievement of learning outcomes, namely at the reflection stage, because the tutor provides an introduction to reflection by asking residents to learn about bell activities. they have just passed so that learning residents are able to provide feedback on the learning process. The implication of this research is that self-regulated learning strategies have a greater influence on learning outcomes.
