Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi belum optimalnya penggunaan media khususnya pembelajaran IPS kelas IV pada tema 4 Berbagai Pekerjaan, karena dalam materi ini belum adanya penggunaan media selain dari buku LKS siswa, sehingga dikembangkanlah media yang berisi konten berbagai pekerjaan yang dapat digunakan kapan dan dimana saja khususnya pada pembelajaran jarak jauh, sehingga dapat memotivasi peserta didik dalam mengikuti pelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran buku cerita bergambar konsep pekerjaan dengan bentuk flip pdf dan berbentuk aplikasi mobile. Metode penelitan ini menggunakan metode D&D (Design and Develpment) dengan mengunakan prosedur ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, implementation, and Evaluation). Proses validasi media ini melibatkan ahli materi, ahli bahasa dan juga ahli media, serta respon guru dan juga siswa kelas IV. Hasil penilaian dari ahli materi, mengenai kesesuaian materi ada dalam kategori “sangat layak”. Kemudian dari ahli bahasa untuk kesesuaian bahasa yang diguakan dalam buku mendapatkan kategori “sangat layak”. Serta penilaian dari ahli media mengenai aspek kualitas teknik dan desain mendapatkan kategori “sangat layak”. Adapun dari respon guru dan siswa kelas IV SDN 4 Kenanga setelah menggunkan media buku cerita bergambar ini memberikan penilaian dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Sehingga dari hal tersebut menyatakan bahwa media pembelajaran buku cerita bergambar konsep pekerjaan sangat layak digunakan sebagai inovasi media pembelajaran tema 4 Berbagai Pekerjaan dalam proses belajar baik di sekolah maupun di luar sekolah. ----- This research is motivated by not optimal use of media, especially social studies learning class IV on theme 4 Various Jobs, because in this material there is no use of media other than student worksheets, so media that contains the content of various jobs can be used anytime and anywhere, especially in distance learning, so that it can motivate students to take lessons. The purpose of this research is to develop learning media for work concept picture books in the form of a flip pdf and in the form of a mobile application. This research method uses the D&D (Design and Development) method using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) procedure. This media validation process involves material experts, linguists and media experts, as well as teacher responses and fourth grade students. The results of the assessment from material experts, regarding the suitability of the material are in the "very feasible" category. Then from linguists for the suitability of the language used in the book, they get the "very decent" category. As well as assessments from media experts regarding aspects of engineering and design quality, they get the "very decent" category. As for the responses of teachers and fourth grade students at SDN 4 Kenanga after using the picture story book media, they gave an assessment in the "very decent" category. So from this it states that the learning media for story books with the concept of work is very feasible to be used as an innovation of learning media for theme 4 Various Jobs in the learning process both at school and outside school.
