Abstract

ABSTRAK Mahasiswa keperawatan merupakan salah satu mahasiswa lingkup kesehatan, dalam hal ini selain belajar secara teori diperlukan studi praktik baik klinis maupun lapangan untuk menunjang peningkatan pengetahuan, skill, serta pengalaman sebelum menghadapi dunia kerja. Pada dasarnya, pandemi COVID-19 yang muncul pada tahun 2019 silam memberikan dampak terhadap kehidupan manusia, salah satunya pada mahasiswa keperawatan pandemi COVID-19 berdampak menghambat proses pembelajaran dengan pembatasan pembelajaran yang hanya dilakukan secara daring. Ketika proses pembelajaran tidak dilakukan secara sempurna, hal ini bisa saja menjadi pemicu kekhawatiran pada mahasiswa tentang karirnya dimasa depan kerena merasa tidak percaya diri dengan kemampuan yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kecemasan mahasiswa keperawatan tentang karir di masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif desain riset survey dengan pendekatan cross sectional, adapun untuk pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuesioner online skala likert melalui google form. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan Ms. Excel dan SPSS versi 26.0. Responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 99 orang mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ditemukan kecemasan kerja masa pandemi COVID-19 yang paling banyak dialami mahasiswa keperawatan adalah cemas sedang yaitu sebanyak 45 responden (46%), 61 responden (60,4%) berumur 21 tahun, sebagian besar mahasiswa adalah perempuan yaitu 85 responden (84,2%), dan mayoritas mahasiswa berasal dari sumedang 92 responden (91,1%). Dapat disimpulkan pada masa pandemi ini mahasiswa rata-rata mengalami kecemasan kerja. Sehingga disarankan perguruan tinggi memberikan pemahaman mengenai prospek kerja dan karir perawat pasca pandemi serta memfasilitasi pelayanan kesehatan mental berupa terapi atau pengobatan untuk mengatasi dan mencegah terjadinya peningkatan kecemasan kerja. The covid-19 pandemic that emerged in 2019 years ago has affected human life, one of the covid-19 pandemic nursing students has a detrimental effect on the learning process with the limited learning restrictions only online. When the learning process is not done perfectly, it can cause anxiety in a student about his future career because he has no confidence in his abilities. The study was to get an idea of the level of nursing students' anxiety about careers during the covid-19 pandemic. The study is a descriptive quantitative research design for survey research with a sectional cross approach, as for the data collection used in this study: the Likert scale online questionnaire from Google form. Processing and data analysis use Microsoft excel and SPSS version 26.0. 99 students surveyed this study. Research has found that the work anxiety of the covid-19 pandemic that most nursing students experience is that of a moderate concern of 45 (46%) respondents, 61 (60,4%) 21-year-old respondents, most of the students were women of 85 (84,2%), and the majority of the students came from a Sumedang of 92 (91,1%). Presumably, at the time of this pandemic, an average student was experiencing labor anxiety. So college recommends giving insight into the job prospects and career of post-pandemic nurses and facilitating mental health care through therapies or medications to combat and prevent increased job anxiety.
