Abstract

Indonesia: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media komunikasi virtual terhadap kinerja karyawan pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian menggunakan survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner skala 5 rating scale. Responden penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Kedeputian Pengkajian Kebijakan Teknologi Badan Pengkajian dan Penerapan Teknologi sebanyak 80 orang yang diambil secara sampel. Hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa (1) media komunikasi virtual telah digunakan dengan sangat efektif. (2) kinerja karyawan berada pada kategori tinggi. (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari media komunikasi virtual terhadap kinerja karyawan. English: This purpose of this research to analyze the effect of virtual communication media on employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method uses an explanatory survey. The data collection technique used a 5-rating scale questionnaire. Respondents of this study were employees of the Deputy for Technology Policy Assessment, Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology, as many as 80 people were taken as samples. The results showed that (1) virtual communication media has been used very effectively. (2) employee performance is in the high category. (3) there is a significant effect of virtual communication media on employee performance.
