Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen evaluasi kepuasan terhadap program pelatihan dengan menggunakan model Kirkpatrick level 1 (reaction). Rumusan masalah yang mendasari penelitian adalah menemukan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan pada program pelatihan, mengembangkan instrumen evaluasi kepuasan peserta terhadap program pelatihan dengan menggunakan model Kirkpatrick level 1 (reaction), serta mengumpulkan tanggapan atau pendapat dari pengguna mengenai instrumen yang telah dikembangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Mix Method Research (MMR) dan desain penelitian explanatory. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Analisis data pada kuantitatif menggunakan analisis deskriptif, sedangkan analisis data pada kualitatif menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Evaluasi yang dilakukan di PPSDK menggunakan model evaluasi Kirkpatrick level 2 (learning). Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah instrumen evaluasi kepuasan terhadap program pelatihan yang dapat diterapkan pada evaluasi program yang telah diberi penilaian oleh ahli dan tanggapan dari pengguna instrumen. Penilaian oleh ahli menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa instrumen yang telah dikembangkan dapat “layak guna”, kemudian tanggapan dari peserta terhadap program pelatihan “cukup puas”. Para ahli dan peserta memberikan saran dan tanggapan untuk dijadikan bahan perbaikan terhadap instrumen evaluasi yang telah dikembangkan. This research aims to develop an instrument for evaluating satisfaction with the training program using the Kirkpatrick’s model level 1 (reaction). The formulation of the problem that underlies the research is finding research instruments used in the training program, developing an instrument for evaluating participant satisfaction with the training program using the Kirkpatrick’s model level 1 (reaction), and collecting responses or opinions from users regarding the instruments that have been developed. This research used research Mix Method Research (MMR) and research design explanatory. Data was collected using questionnaires and interviews. Analysis of data in quantitative uses descriptive analysis, while data analysis in qualitative uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The evaluation in PPSDK using the Kirkpatrick level 2 evaluation model (learning). This research produced an instrument for evaluating satisfaction with the training program is produced that can be applied to program evaluations that have been assessed by experts and responses from instrument users. The assessment by the expert resulted in the conclusion that the instrument that had been developed could be “feasible”, then the responses from the participants to the training program were “quite satisfied” with percentation of respond (83.75%). Experts and participants provide suggestions and responses to be used as material for improvement of the evaluation instruments that have been developed.
