Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penggunaan platform Youtube yang sering dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana untuk membagikan konten pendidikan berupa video pembelajaran, namun konten pembelajaran yang ada di dalam video tersebut tidak bisa dibuktikan kelayakannya. Agar mengetahui kelayakan video pembelajaran tersebut perlu dilakukan analisis terhadap video pembelajaran pada platform Youtube. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan kelayakan video pembelajaran berbasis platform youtube pada materi daur hidup hewan. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pemilihan sumber media dalam penelitian ini berasal dari platform Youtube. Pemilihan media menggunakan kata kunci materi “IPA Daur Hidup Hewan”, kemudian video dianalisis berdasarkan Standar Kelayakan dari Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (BSNP) yang dikembangkan ke dalam beberapa indikator. Aspek yang dianalisis yaitu aspek isi, penyajian, bahasa, dan grafika. Hasilnya peneliti menganalisis limabelas video pembelajaran IPA materi daur hidup hewan dari chanel yang berbeda. Rata-rata kelayakan video pada aspek isi sebesar 88% berpredikat sangat layak; aspek penyajian sebesar 76.33% berpredikat layak; aspek bahasa sebesar 75.33% berpredikat layak; aspek grafika sebesar 87.33% berpredikat sangat layak. Pada ke empat aspek kelayakan menandakan bahwa video pembelajaran IPA materi Daur Hidup Hewan dinyatakan layak untuk dijadikan rujukan dalam Pembelajaran. ----- This research is motivated by the use of the platform Youtubewhich is often used as a means to share educational content in the form of learning videos, but the learning content contained in the video cannot be proven. In order to determine the feasibility of the learning video, it is necessary to analyze the learning video on theplatform Youtube. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the feasibility of learning videos based on theplatform YouTubeon animal life cycle materials. A qualitative approach with content analysis method is used in this study. The selection of media sources in this study came from theplatform Youtube. The selection of media used the material keyword “Science of Animal Life Cycle”, then the video was analyzed based on the Feasibility Standards from the National Education Standards Agency (BSNP) which was developed into several indicators. Aspects analyzed are aspects of content, presentation, language, and graphics. As a result, researchers analyzed fifteen science learning videos for animal life cycle materials from different channels. The average video eligibility in the content aspect is 88% which is predicated as very decent; presentation aspect of 76.33% is predicated as worthy; the language aspect of 75.33% has a proper predicate; the graphic aspect of 87.33% predicated very decent. The four feasibility aspects indicate that the science learning video for Animal Life Cycle material is declared eligible to be used as a reference in learning.
