Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Bina Warga Bandung. Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai belum optimalnya motivasi belajar siswa jurusan otomatisasi dan tata kelola perkantoran di SMK Bina Warga Bandung. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu variabel kreativitas mengajar guru (X) dan variabel motivasi belajar siswa (Y). Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kreativitas mengajar guru dan motivasi belajar siswa. Selain itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas mengajar guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK Bina Warga Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode survei eksplanasi. Selanjutnya, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan angket kepada 139 responden. Responden pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X, XI dan XII jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK Bina Warga Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap hasil penelitian, diperoleh hasil bahwa: (1) gambaran tingkat kreativitas mengajar guru berada pada kategori tinggi dan (2) gambaran tingkat motivasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori tinggi. Adapun hasil uji hipotesis didapatkan hasil bahwa kreativitas mengajar guru (X) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa (Y). This study examines the problem of not optimal learning motivation of students majoring in automation and office management at SMK Bina Warga Bandung. This study consists of two variables, namely the teacher's teaching creativity variable (X) and the student's learning motivation variable (Y). The purpose of this study is to describe the level of creativity in teaching teachers and students' motivation. In addition, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of teacher teaching creativity on student motivation in the Department of Office Automation and Governance at SMK Bina Warga Bandung. The method used in this research is the explanatory survey method. Furthermore, the data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires to 139 respondents. Respondents in this study were students of class X, XI and XII majoring in Office Automation and Governance at SMK Bina Warga Bandung. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the analysis of the research results, the results obtained are that: (1) the description of the level of creativity in teaching teachers is in the high category and the description of the level of student learning motivation is in the high category. The aresults of the hypothesis test showed that the teacher's teaching creativity (X) had a positive and significant effect on students' learning motivation (Y).
