Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang “Kreasi Musik Kolaboratif Mahasiswa Difabel Art Therapy Center Widyatama”. Adapun masalah yang terjadi berawal karena stigma yang berkembang di masyarakat mengenai difabel yang dianggap berbeda dan dipandang sebelah mata. Padahal, banyak diantara difabel yang memiliki kemampuan yang baik, bahkan mampu berprestasi di berbagai bidang, termasuk salah satunya bidang seni khususnya musik. Seperti halnya difabel di Widyatama yang mampu menciptakan karya bahkan berkolaborasi dengan musisi non-difabel. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini, untuk mendeskripsiakan tahapan kreativitas dan kolaborasi yang ada di Widyatama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif analisis. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Observasi dan Wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa difabel di Widyatama mampu berkresasi dan berkolaborasi dengan komunikasi sebagai faktor penunjang. Kata Kunci: Difabel, Kreativitas Musik, Tahapan Kolaborasi. ABSTRACT This research is entitled "Creative Music Collaboration for Students with Disabilities Art Therapy Center Widyatama". The problems that occurred started because of the growing stigma in society regarding people with disabilities who were considered different and underestimated. In fact, many of the disabled have good abilities, even being able to excel in various fields, including the arts, especially music. Like the disabled at Widyatama, they are able to create works and even collaborate with non-disabled musicians. So the purpose of this research is to describe the stages of creativity and collaboration that exist in Widyatama. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method of analysis. The data analysis technique used in this research is observation and interview. The results of this study indicate that people with disabilities in Widyatama are able to be creative and collaborate with communication as a supporting factor.
