    Abstract

    Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya prestasi belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Kearsipan di SMK BPI Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh peran guru sebagai fasilitator dalam pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Kearsipan Jurusan OTKP di SMK BPI Bandung.
    Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus, teori yang digunakan adalah teori belajar kontruktivisme Vygotky. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 65 siswa jurusan Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK BPI Bandung. Dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana.
    Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa peran guru sebagai fasilitator memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Kearsipan jurusan OTKP di SMK BPI Bandung. Dengan demikian prestasi belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan peran guru sebagai fasilitator.

    The problem raised in this research is that student learning achievement on Record Management subjects at BPI Vocational High School which is not optimal. This research was conducted to find out how the influence of the teacher's role as a facilitator in learning on student achievement on record management subjects, department of OTKP at BPI Vocational High School.
    This research used a census method, and the theory used is Vygotsky’s constructivsm theory. The population in this study wae 65 students of office automation and governance department at BPI Vocational High School. And the data analysis technique uses simple regression.
    Based on the result of data analysis, shows that the teacher's role as a facilitator has a significant and significant tinfluence on student learning achievement on record management subjects, department of OTKP at BPI Vocational High School. This student learning achievement can be improved through increasing the role of the teacher as a facilitator.
