Abstract

Skripsi dengan judul “Upaya Guru Dalam Mengatasi Prokrastinasi Akademik Siswa SD Selama Pembelajaran Daring” merupakan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dengan guru-guru SD Negeri 1 Kedawung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui upaya-upaya yang dilakukan guru SD Negeri 1 Kedawung dalam mengatasi prokrastinasi akademik siswa selama pembelajaran daring, yang ditinjau dari beberapa aspek terkait prokrastinasi akademik seperti perhatian yang terganggu, keyakinan terhadap kemampuan diri, inisiatif personal, kemampuan memanajemen waktu, faktor sosial, dan rasa malas. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena terdapat masalah pada siswa selama daring khususnya yaitu prokrastinasi akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi prokrastinasi akademik berdasarkan aspek-aspek prokrastniasi yaitu (1) upaya diberikan langsung kepada siswa, yaitu dengan memberikan motivasi, arahan atau bimbingan secara pribadi, memberikan kepercayaan kepada siswa, serta memberikan ketegasan kepada siswa mengenai tanggung jawab sebagai pelajar. mempercepat batas pengumpulan tugas, memudahakan tugas siswa, memberikan arahan dengan home visit, meminta siswa untuk mengirimkan video atau foto bukti bahwa siswa mengerjakan tugas sendiri, memberikan aturan batas waktu pengumpulan tugas di awal, dan merubah metode mengajar agar siswa memiliki semangat baru dalam belajar. (2) upaya diberikan kepada orang tua yaitu memberikan pengertian, bimbingan dan arahan kepada orang tua siswa untuk bersama-sama mengontrol dan membimbing siswa, melakukan komunikasi bersama orang tua untuk bekerja sama dalam mengawasi kegiatan siswa, dan bekerja sama dengan orang tua siswa untuk membuat jadwal harian siswa. Kata Kunci : Upaya guru, prokrastinasi akademik, aspek prokrastinasi akademik, metode deskriptif, pembelajaran daring. The thesis entitled "Teacher’s Efforts in Overcoming Academic Procrastination of Elementary School Students During Online Learning" is qualitative research using a descriptive design with data collection techniques in the form of interviews with teachers of SD Negeri 1 Kedawung. This research was conducted to know the efforts made by SD Negeri 1 Kedawung teachers in overcoming students' academic procrastination during online learning, which was viewed from several aspects related to academic procrastination such as disturbed attention, confidence in self-ability, personal initiative, time management, factors social, and laziness. This research was conducted because there were problems with students online, especially academic procrastination. The results showed that the efforts made in addressing the academic procrastination based on aspects procrastinate namely (1) efforts are given directly to students, by providing motivation, direction or guidance in person, give confidence to the students, and give firmness to the students about responsibility answer as a student. speeding up the deadline for collecting assignments, facilitating student assignments, providing directions with home visits, asking students to send videos or photos of evidence that students are doing their assignments, giving rules for the deadline for collecting assignments at the beginning, and changing teaching methods so that students have a new enthusiasm for learning. (2)efforts are given to parents, namely providing understanding, guidance, and direction to students' parents to jointly control and guide students, communicate with parents to work together in supervising student activities and cooperate with students' parents to create a student daily schedule.
