Abstract
Layanan bimbingan dan konseling merupakan suatu program bantuan yang ditujukan kepada siswa atau individu supaya mereka dapat mengatasi masalah yang dihadapinya. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan kepada guru dan siswa kelas 6, guru dan siswa kelas 5, guru dan siswa kelas 3 di SDN 1 Sumurbandung, menunjukkan bahwa ditemukannya hambatan selama guru memberikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling selama program belajar dari rumah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan konseling selama program belajar dari rumah pada siswa SD di SDN 1 Sumurbandung, kemudian untuk mengetahui hambatan yang ditemui oleh para guru selama memberikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling selama program belajar dari rumah, mengetahui cara guru dalam mengatasai hambatan yang ditemui para guru selama layanan bimbingan dan konseling pada program belajar dari rumah. Penelitian yang dilakukan marupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus (case study). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan secara online menggunakan media google meet atau zoom meeting. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, guru melakukan bimbingan dan layanan konseling secara virtual (online) dan secara langsung (mendatangi rumah siswa). Beberapa hambatan yang ditemui guru yakni terkendalanya sinyal, banyak ditemukan anak yang tidak memiliki gadget, tidak memiliki kuota, dan bantuan orang tua yang berlebihan. Cara yang guru lakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut diantaranya memberikan motivasi, melakukan komunikasi dengan orang tua siswa, melakukan remedial, memberikan keringanan waktu pengumpulan tugas dan memberikan kebijakan bagi siswa yang tidak memiliki sarana pembelajaran daring. Kata kunci: Belajar dari rumah, Bimbingan, Konseling. Guidance and counseling services are assistance programs aimed at students or individuals so that they can overcome the problems they face. Based on research conducted on 6th grade teachers and students, 5th grade teachers and students, 3rd grade teachers and students at SDN 1 Sumurbandung, it was shown that obstacles were found while the teacher provided guidance and counseling services during the learning form home program. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of counseling and guidance services during the learning form home program for elementary students at SDN 1 Sumurbandung, to find out the obstacles encountered by teachers while providing guidance and counseling services during the learning form home program, to find out how teachers overcome obstacles encountered by teachers during the learning form home program. guidance and counseling services in the learning form home program. The research conducted is a qualitative research with a case study method (case study). Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation studies. Interviews were conducted online using Google Meet or Zoom Meeting media. Based on the data obtained, the teacher provides guidance and counseling services virtually (online) and in person (visiting students' homes). Some of the obstacles faced by teachers were signal problems, many children were found who did not have gadgets, did not have quotas, and excessive parental assistance. Ways that teachers do to overcome these obstacles include providing motivation, communicating with students' parents, doing remedial actions, providing relief from task collection time and providing policies for students who do not have online learning facilities.
