Abstract

ABSTRAK Tesis dengan judul” Pengaruh Kepemimpian Instruksional dan Lesson Study Terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru SD Negeri Se- Kabupaten Purwakarta” bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran analisis pengaruh kepemimpinan instruksional dan lesson study terhadap kinerja mengajar guru SD Negeri Se-Kabupaten Purwakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket yang disebar melalui google form. Hasil pengolahan data menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 26 diperoleh hasil: kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah sudah berjalan dengan baik, ini ditunjukkan oleh kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam membimbing guru untuk mengembangkan dan menetapkan tujuan pembelajaran dengan jelas, menjadi narasumber yang baik bagi guru dan staf, menciptakan iklim dan budaya sekolah yang kondusif, mengkomunikasikan visi, misi, tujuan sekolah dengan baik kepada seluruh warga sekolah, mendorong guru dan staf untuk meningkatkan profesionalitas dalam bekerja, serta menunjukkan sikap positif terhadap guru, siswa, serta orang tua siswa. Kepemimpinan instruksional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja mengajar guru diperoleh hubungan sebesar 67,4% termasuk kategori tinggi, kegiatan lesson study berpengaruh terhadap kinerja mengajar guru diperoleh hubungan sebesar 62,5% termasuk katagori tinggi, sedangkan pengaruh kepemimpinan instruksional dan lesson study terhadap kinerja mengajar guru diperoleh hubungan sebesar 73% termasuk katagori tinggi. Kepala Sekolah diharapkan dapat mengembangkan kemampuan guru dalam mengajar dan membangun iklim belajar yang mendorong pada prestasi belajar siswa. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan Instruksional, Kinerja Mengajar Guru, Lesson Study ABSTRACT The thesis entitled "The Influence of Instructional Leadership and Lesson Study on Teaching Performance of State Elementary School Teachers in Purwakarta Regency" aims to obtain an overview of the analysis of the influence of instructional leadership and lesson study on the teaching performance of elementary school teachers throughout Purwakarta Regency. The method used is a quantitative approach, and the research instrument used is a questionnaire distributed via google form. The results of data processing using IBM SPSS version 26 obtained the results: the principal's instructional leadership has been going well, this is shown by the principal's ability to guide teachers to develop and set clear learning objectives, be a good resource for teachers and staff, create a conducive school climate and culture, communicate the vision, mission, and goals of the school well to all school members, encourage teachers and staff to improve professionalism in their work, and show a positive attitude towards teachers, students, and parents of students. Instructional leadership has an effect on teachers' teaching performance, it is found that there is a relationship of 67.4% including the high category, lesson study activities affect the teacher's teaching performance, it is found that a relationship of 62.5% is included in the high category, while the influence of instructional leadership and lesson study on teacher's teaching performance is obtained a relationship by 73% including the high category. Principals are expected to be able to develop teachers' abilities in teaching and build a learning climate that encourages student achievement.
