Abstract

Pada dasarnya terdapat perlindungan hukum semua pihak untuk mengetahui dan berpartisipasi dalam menjaga kelestarian geopark, termasuk peserta didik. Kebutuhan akan informasi tentang pengetahuan dan persepsi aspek geopark (geodiversity, biodiversity, dan cultural diversity) dari peserta didik terhadap pembentukan sikap peduli lingkungan sangatlah diperlukan. Seperti halnya sikap peduli untuk berpartisipasi dalam pilar pendidikan untuk melindungi dan melestarikan geopark. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalis hubungan pengetahuan, persepsi dan sikap peduli lingkungan peserta didik tentang geodiversity, biodiversity, dan cultural diversity di kawasan geopark Ciletuh-Pelabuhanratu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari 356 responden dengan teknik random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan uji bivariat (Spearman rho). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan peserta didik berada pada kategori cukup baik, persepsi peserta didik berada pada kategori baik, dan sikap peduli lingkungan peserta didik berada pada kategori baik. Sementara itu terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan sikap peduli lingkungan (sig 0,000<0,05) dan tidak ada hubungan antara persepsi terhadap pembentukan sikap peduli lingkungan (sig 0,098>0,05). Dapat disimpulkan pengetahuan dan persepsi memiliki korelasi yang cukup terhadap pembentukan sikap peduli lingkungan. Sehingga pengetahuan peserta didik perlu ditingkatkan karena pengetahuan bersifat permanen dan akan dibawa kemanapun sehingga membentuk sikap peduli lingkungan yang baik. The need for information about knowledge and perceptions of geopark aspects (geodiversity, biodiversity, and cultural diversity) from students towards the establishment of environmental care attitudes is very necessary. As well as caring attitude to participate in the education pillar to protect and preserve geoparks. This study aims to analyze the relationship of knowledge, perception and environmental care attitudes of students about geodiversity, biodiversity, and cultural diversity in the Ciletuh-Pelabuhanratu geopark area. The method used in this research is a survey with a quantitative approach. The sample data in this study were collected from 356 respondents with random sampling technique. Data analysis using SPSS application to find descriptive statistics, bivariate test (Spearman test). The results showed that the level of knowledge of students was in the fairly good category, the perception of students was in the good category, and the attitude of caring for the environment of students was in the good category. Meanwhile, there is a relationship between knowledge and environmental care attitudes (sig 0,000<0,05) and perceptions there is no a relationship to the establishment of environmental care attitudes (sig 0,098>0,05). It can be concluded that knowledge and perception have a fair category on the establishment of environmental care attitudes. So that the knowledge of students needs to be improved because knowledge is permanent and will be carried anywhere so as to establish a good environmental care attitude.
