Abstract

ABSTRAK Kemampuan kebahasaan seseorang mencerminkan kualitas diri, oleh karena itu sudah seharusnya kita sebagai bangsa Indonesia selalu mencintai bahasa Indonesia serta melestarikannya dengan membiasakan diri menggunakan bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil analisis interferensi bahasa pada teks deskriptif siswa SMP Negeri 1 Cilamaya Wetan kelas VII menggunakan responden sebanyak 70 siswa kelas VII, dan mendeskripsikan latar belakang mengapa terjadinya interferensi bahasa di situasi formal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi lapangan, yang meliputi wawancara, dan pengisian kuesioner. Hasil data tersebut dianalisis dengan melihat tingkat dan jenis interferensi bahasa yang ditemukan dalam teks deskriptif serta berusaha mendeskripsikan juga faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi munculnya interferensi tersebut, dengan bentuk data berupa uraian deskriptif menggunakan kajian sosiolinguistik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada teks deskritif siswa SMP Negeri 1 Cilamaya Wetan kelas VII terdapat interferensi dalam bidang fonologi, morfologi, kultural, leksikal dan dalam bentuk gramatikal. Jenis interferensi yang paling banyak ditemukan ialah interferensi dalam bidang gramatikal termasuk bidang morfologis. Latar belakang mengapa terjadinya interferensi dalam teks deskriptif Siswa SMP Negeri 1 Cilamaya Wetan kelas VII ialah Siswa merupakan seorang dwibahasawan, tipisnya kesetiaan pemakai bahasa dan yang terakhir terbawanya kebiasaan dalam bahasa Ibu. Kata Kunci: Interferensi Bahasa, Sosiolinguistik, Teks Deskriptif ABSTRACT A person's linguistic ability reflects the quality of oneself, therefore we as Indonesians should always love Indonesian and preserve it by getting used to using good and correct Indonesian. This study aims to describe the results of the analysis of language interference in descriptive texts for students of SMP Negeri 1 Cilamaya Wetan class VII using 70 students in class VII as respondents, and describe the background why language interference occurs in formal situations. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, while the data collection technique used is field observation, which includes interviews, and filling out questionnaires. The results of the data were analyzed by looking at the level and type of language interference found in the descriptive text and also trying to describe the factors behind the emergence of the interference, in the form of data in the form of descriptive descriptions using sociolinguistic studies. The results of this study indicate that in the descriptive text of the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Cilamaya Wetan there is interference in the fields of phonology, morphology, culture, lexical and grammatical forms. The most common type of interference found is interference in the grammatical field, including the morphological field. The background why there is interference in the descriptive text of students of SMP Negeri 1 Cilamaya Wetan class VII is that the student is a bilingual, the lack of loyalty in language users and the last one is carried away by habits in the mother tongue.
