Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) usaha colenak serta untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pekerja usaha colenak di Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode desktiptif dan verifikatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan dan kuesioner. Untuk mengukur besarnya pengaruh faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pekerja usaha colenak digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Unit analisis dari penelitian ini adalah pekerja usaha colenak yang dinilai oleh pemilik atau pengelola usaha colenak yang bersangkutan dalam jumlah sampel sebanyak 25 orang pekerja. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, faktor tingkat kompetensi dan fasilitas kerja dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pekerja secara signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Sedangkan ketiga faktor lainnya adalah faktor tingkat keterampilan, dukungan rekan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pekerja namun tidak signifikan secara parsial dan signifikan secara simultan, dikarenakan jumlah sampel yang mewakili sangat terbatas. Kata Kunci : Kinerja Pekerja Usaha Colenak se-Kota Bandung. ABSTRACT This research aimed to identify the characteristics of the Human Resources (HR) of Colenak business and to analyze the factors that affect the performance of the Colenak business workers in Bandung.The method used in this research are descriptive and verification methods. Data used are the primary data and secondary data is done through the study of librarianship and the questionnaires. To measure the amount of the influence of the factors that affect the performance of worker used multiple linear regression analysis. Analysis for this study was all the workers who work in Colenak business as many as 25 workers. Based on test result, hypothesis development strategy, the factor that affect the performance of worker that consist of competence and work facilities as well as positive and significant effect on. While another factors such as skill, coworker support, and workplace only positive and isn’t significant effect on performance of worker, due to the number of samples that represent very restricted.
