Abstract

Keterbatasan bahan ajar khusus untuk pembelajaran ansambel biola, motivasi pemain dan tingkat kemampuan pemain yang tidak merata menginspirasi peneliti untuk membuat bahan ajar ansambel biola tingkat pemula. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan bahan ajar ansambel biola tingkat pemula dengan media lagu daerah Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode DBR (Design Based Research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sembilan lagu daerah Indonesia dalam format ansambel tiga biola dengan aransemen yang berbasis pengolahan tekstur homofonik dan polifonik dengan memperhatikan tingkat keragaman kompetensi para pemain ansambel. Hasil revisi dari bahan ajar ini adalah diperlukannya format audio dan pengenalan motif ritmis pada awal materi yang dianggap sulit agar para pemain lebih termotivasi dan mendapatkan gambaran dari materi yang akan dipelajari. Temuan dari penelitian pengembangan bahan ajar ini adalah penguatan dalam membaca partitur, penguatan teknik bermain biola, melatih kemampuan interpersonal dalam bermain ansambel, dan pengenalan rasa musikal. The limitations of special teaching materials for learning the violin ensemble, the player's motivation and the uneven level of player ability have inspired researchers to create beginner-level violin ensemble teaching materials. This study aims to develop teaching materials for beginner-level violin ensembles using Indonesian regional songs as the media. This study uses the DBR (Design Based Research) method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study are nine Indonesian folk songs in three-violin ensemble format with arrangements based on homophonic and polyphonic texture processing by taking into account the level of competence of the ensemble players. The result of the revision of this teaching material is the need for an audio format and the introduction of rhythmic motifs at the beginning of the material that is considered difficult so that the players are more motivated and get an overview of the material to be studied. The findings from this research on the development of teaching materials are strengthening in reading sheet music, strengthening violin playing techniques, training interpersonal skills in playing ensembles, and introducing musical tastes.
