Abstract
Pendidikan berbasis Islam membutuhkan suatu pengelolaan yang baik, terencana dan teratur, agar dalam upaya pencapaian tujuan pendidikan, dan proses-proses yang berlangsung dapat dikelola dengan baik serta eksis di tengah-tengah persaingan global. Pendidik merupakan komponen yang berperan dalam keberhasilan proses pendidikan. Perhatian khusus perlu diberikan kepada para guru kaitannya dengan perilaku maupun sikap sebagai sosok teladan dalam indikator akhlak mulia kompetensi guru pendidikan agama Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi guru PAI dan pembelajaran daring terhadap religiusitas siswa secara substantif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI dengan rentan usia 15-18 tahun yang berjumlah 966 siswa sedangkan pengambilan sample yang dilakukan dengan cara probability sampling, atau memberikan peluang yang sama sebanyak 291 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument angket. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda serta uji statistic (uji t) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi guru PAI terhadap religiusitas-substantif siswa atau Rx1y sebesar 3,605. Adapun model Pembelajaran daring terdapat korelasi terbalik dan tidak signifikan antara pembelajaran daring terhadap religiusitas-substantif siswa atau Rx2y sebesar -1.853. Selanjutnya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi guru PAI dan pembelajaran daring secara bersama-sama terhadap religiusitas-substantif siswa atau Ryx1x2 sebesar 6,985. Maka dari analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi guru PAI dan pembelajaran daring memberikan pengaruh yang siginifikan terhadap religiusitas-substantif siswa atau sebesar 37.80%. Untuk peneliti berikutnya supaya lebih intensif lagi memperhatikan dalam hal luas area wilayah penelitian. Islamic-based education requires a good, planned and proper management, so that in an order to achieve educational goals, and processes that take place can be managed properly and exist in the midst of global competition. Educators are components that play a big role in the success of the whole educational process. Special attention needs to be given to teachers in relation to behavior and attitudes as exemplary figures in indicators of noble character and competence of Islamic religious education teachers. This study aims to determine the effect of islamic religious teacher competence and online learning on student religiosity substantively. The population in this study were all students of class XI with age ranged of 15-18 years, in total of 966 students, the sampling was carried out by means of probability sampling, which provided the same opportunity as many as 291 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire instrument. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and statistical test (t test) at a significance level of 5%. The results obtained are, there is a positive and significant influence between the competence of PAI teachers on students' substantive religiosity or Rx1y of 3.605. The bold learning model lies inverted and insignificant between bold learning on students' substantives or Rx2y of -1.853. Furthermore, there is a positive and significant effect between the competence of PAI teachers and courageous learning together on students' substantive religiosity or Ryx1x2 of 6.985. So from the data analysis, it can be ascertained that the competence of PAI teachers and learning dares to have a significant influence on students or 37.80%. For the next researchers to pay more attention to the area of research.
