Abstract
Program link and match bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas lulusan pendidikan SMK agar relevan dengan kebutuhan DU/DI. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan karena adanya gap antara SMK dengan DU/DI, tidak sesuainya target bekerja lulusan SMK bidang konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi pelaksanaan program link and match antara SMKN Rajapolah (Kompetensi Keahlian DPIB) dengan dunia kerja pada aspek proses (pelaksanaan PKL siswa) dan aspek produk (keterserapan kerja lulusan). Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian evaluatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Model evaluasi adalah CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian aspek proses: PKL siswa Kompetensi Keahlian DPIB SMKN Rajapolah di DU/DI yang relevan. Waktu pelaksanaan di semester IV selama 3 bulan dibagi menjadi 2 sesi. Kendala: pelaksanaan relatif singkat, pemutusan kemitraan, kurangnya penguasaan kompetensi dasar, gap antara DU/DI dan sekolah, pembatasan wilayah PKL. Sedangkan aspek produk: SMKN Rajapolah dan CV. Dwi Tunggal Mandiri mempunyai komitmen penyerapan lulusan. >50% lulusan DPIB tahun 2019/2020 bekerja pada bidang relevan. Kendala: belum mempunyai MoU penyerapan lulusan dalam jumlah besar, MoU perekrutan BKK dengan DU/DI yang kurang relevan dan banyak tamatan belum teridentifikasi kondisinya setelah lulus. Kesimpulan: pelaksanaan PKL dan keterserapan kerja lulusan DPIB belum maksimal ditandai dengan beberapa kendala yang dihadapi. The link and match program aims to improve the quality of vocational education graduates to be relevant to industry needs. This research was carried out because of the gap between SMK and industry, not in accordance with the work target of SMK graduates in the construction sector. This study aims to evaluate the link and match program between SMKN Rajapolah (DPIB Expertise Competence) and the world of work on process aspects (implementation of student street vendors) and product aspects (adoption of graduate work). The type of research is evaluative research with a qualitative approach. The evaluation model is CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and document analysis. The results of the research aspect of the process: PKL Students Competency Expertise DPIB SMKN Rajapolah in the relevant industry. The implementation time in the fourth semester is 3 months divided into 2 sessions. Constraints: relatively short implementation, termination of partnerships, lack of mastery of basic competencies, gaps between industry and schools, PKL areas. While the product aspect: SMKN Rajapola and CV. Dwi Tunggal Mandiri has hope of achievement. >50% of 2019/2020 DPIB graduates work in relevant fields. Constraints: MoU for absorption of graduates in large numbers, MoU for achieving BKK with DU/DIes that are less relevant and many graduates have not received training after graduation. Conclusion: the implementation of street vendors and job absorption of DPIB graduates has not been maximized, marked by several obstacles faced. Keywords: Link and match, Evaluation, CIPP
