Abstract

Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran jelas tentang pengaruh tunjangan kinerja terhdap kinerja pegawai di Sub Bagian Kepegawaian dan Umum Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Melalui proses studi pendahuluan, pengumpulan, pengolahan, analisis data, dan pembahasan sesuai dengan prosedur penelitian. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode deskriptif mrlalui pendekatan kuantitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup dengan sumber data adalah 62 pegawai yang berstatus PNS di Sub Bagian Kepegawaian dan Umum Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian Tunjangan Kinerja termasuk kedalam kategori sangat baik dengan rata – rata nilai sebesar 4,04 dan dalam Tunjangan Kinerja termasuk kedalam kategori sangat baik memiliki nilai rata – rata yaitu 4,32. Data yang diolah dalam penelitian ini berdistribusi normal sehingga pengolhan data menggunakan SPSS Versi 25, yaitu: Weight Means Scored, analisis korelasi, uji signifikansi, dan uji determinasi serta analisis regresi dengan menggunakan program Microsoft Excel 2010. Hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,815 berada dalam kategori sangat kuat, yang artinya pemberian Tunjangan Kinerja di Sub Bagian Kepegawaian dan Umum Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat sangat kuat. Hasil koefisien determinasi Kinerja Pegawai dipengaruhi pemberian Tunjangan Kinerja sebesar 66,3% dimana sisanya 33,7% merupakan faktor lain diluar pemberian Tunjangan Kinerja. Adapun rekomendasi dari penelitian ini bagi lembaga yakni diharapkan lembaga harus terus mempertahankan dan meningkatkan Tunjangan Kinerja terhadap pegawai. Through the process of preliminary study, collection, processing, data analysis, and discussion in accordance with research procedures. The method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative approach, and data collection techniques using closed questionnaires with data sources being 62 employees who are civil servants in the Sub-Division of Civil Service and General Education Office of West Java Province. The results of the study show that offering the Performance Allowance is included in the very good category with an average of 4.04 and the Performance Allowance is included in the very good category, namely 4.32. The data processed in this study were normally distributed so that the data processing used SPSS Version 25, namely: Weight Means Scored, correlation analysis, significance test, and determination test as well as regression analysis using Microsoft Excel 2010 program. The results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient of 0.815 were in the category very strong, which presents a very strong Performance Allowance in the Sub-Section of Personnel and General Education of the West Java Province. The results of the coefficient of determination of performance of outstanding employees present Performance Allowances of 66.3%, of which the remaining 33.7% is another factor in the provision of Performance Allowances. The recommendations from this research for institutions, namely institutions that are expected to continue to maintain and improve the Performance of Benefits for employees.
