Abstract
ABSTRAK KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENCIPTAKAN KEMITRAAN DENGAN INDUSTRI DAN DUNIA KERJA (IDUKA) BERLANDASKAN KEBIJAKAN MERDEKA BELAJAR Lulusan SMK yang sesuai dengan standarisasi IDUKA tidak terlepas dari keterlibatan IDUKA dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah, hal ini tentu didukung dengan adanya peranan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebagai penggerak yang mampu menciptakan kemitraan dengan IDUKA dalam membuat program pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada keterampilan dan passion peserta didik agar menjadi SDM yang berkualitas. Upaya ini sesuai dengan arahan kebijakan merdeka belajar yang mana sekolah sebagai wadah untuk mengeluarkan dan mengembangkan bakat, passion dan minat peserta didik. Atas dasar tersebut, melalui pendekatan mix method research dengan desain exploratory, peneliti mencoba mengkaji dan merumuskan model kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam menciptakan kemitraan dengan IDUKA yang berlandaskan kebijakan merdeka belajar di SMK Negeri Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMKN Kota Bogor yakni SMKN 1 Kota Bogor, SMKN 2 Kota Bogor, SMKN 3 Kota Bogor dan SMKN 4 Kota Bogor dengan menjadikan kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, bidang hubinmas, kepala program dan guru produktif sebagai sumber daya penelitian. Hasil penelitian di peroleh bahwa 1) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berperan dalam keberhasilan penciptaan kemitraan dengan IDUKA yang dikembangkan melalui perumusan perencanaan, pengelolaan SDM, keputusan yang dibuat serta kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam menarik minat IDUKA, 2) kemitraan sekolah dengan IDUKA memiliki keseuaian yang baik yang dikembangkan melalui program-program yang berpusat pada keterampilan dan keahlian peserta didik yang diselaraskan dengan standarisasi IDUKA, serta adanya dukungan IDUKA yang terlibat aktif dalam mendukung keberhasilan pendidikan di sekolah dan adanya keterserapan lulusan di berbagai sektor industri. ABSTRACT PRINCIPAL LEADERSHIP IN CREATING PARTNERSHIP WITH THE BUSINESS AND THE WORK (IDUKA) BASED ON THE FREEDOM OF LEARNING POLICY SMK graduates who comply with IDUKA standards cannot be separated from IDUKA's involvement in the learning process in schools, this is of course supported by the role of the principal's leadership as a driving force who is able to create partnerships with IDUKA in making learning programs oriented towards the skills and passion of students to become Quality human resources. This effort is in accordance with the direction of the freedom of learning policy in which schools serve as a forum to unleash and develop the talents, passions and interests of students. On this basis, through a mix method research approach with and design exploratory, the researcher tries to study and formulate a principal leadership model in creating a partnership with IDUKA based on the policy of independent learning at the Bogor State Vocational High School. This research was conducted at SMKN Kota Bogor, namely SMKN 1 Bogor, SMKN 2 Bogor, SMKN 3 Bogor and SMKN 4 Bogor by making school principals, vice principals in the curriculum, community relations sector, program heads and productive teachers as research resources. The results showed that 1) the leadership of the principal plays a role in the successful creation of a partnership with IDUKA which is developed through the formulation of planning, human resource management, decisions made and the principal's ability to attract IDUKA's interest, 2) the school's partnership with IDUKA has a good compatibility which is developed through programs that focus on the skills and expertise of students that are aligned with IDUKA standards, there is IDUKA support which is actively involved in supporting the success of education in schools and the absorption of graduates in various industrial sectors.
