Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Manajemen Daerah (SIMDA) Keuangan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bekasi”. Secara umum tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem informasi manajemen daerah (SIMDA) keuangan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket atau kuesioner tertutup yang disebarkan kepada 37 responden penelitian. Berdasarkan pengolahan data yang dilakukan dengan perhitungan Weight Means Score menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel X dan variabel Y berada dalam kategori “sangat baik”. Hasil analisis korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,789, perolehan nilai tersebut berada pada kategori “kuat”. Sementara itu, hasil uji tingkat signifikan diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 7,592 dan nilai ttabel sebesar 1,689 (thitung > ttabel), artinya terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Besarnya pengaruh Sistem Informasi Manajemen Daerah (SIMDA) Keuangan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bekasi yang diperoleh dari hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 62,2% dan sedangkan selebihnya sebesar 37,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Adapun persamaan dari kedua variabel yaitu Ŷ = 21,623 + 0,789X. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa jika tidak ada SIMDA Keuangan, maka Kinerja Pegawai tetap mendapatkan nilai 21,623, sedangkan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,789 menyatakan bahwa setiap penambahan satu poin SIMDA Keuangan akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,789. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Sistem Informasi Manajemen Daerah (SIMDA) Keuangan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bekasi. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi Manajemen Daerah (SIMDA) Keuangan, Kinerja Pegawai ABSTRACT This study is entitled "The Influence of Financial Regional Management Information System (SIMDA) on the Performance of Bekasi City Education Office Staff". In general, the aim of this study is to determine the influence of financial regional management information system (SIMDA) on the performance of Bekasi City Education Office Staff. The research method used was descriptive method with quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this study used a closed questionnaire or questionnaire which was distributed to 37 research respondents. Based on the data processing carried out by calculating the Weight Means Score, it showed that the two variables X and Y were in the "very good" category. From the result of correlation analysis between X variable and Y variable, it was obtained a correlation coefficient value of 0,789 where the acquisition of this value was in the "strong" category. Meanwhile, from the result of significant level test, it was weyobtained a tcount value of 7,592 and a ttable value of 1,689 (tcount > ttable), meaning that there is a positive and significant relationship between X variable and Y variable. The magnitude of the Influence of Financial Regional Management Information System (SIMDA) on the Performance of Bekasi City Education Office Staff was obtained from the results of the determination coefficient test of 62,2%, while the remaining 37,8% was influenced by other factors. Moreover, the equation of the two variables was Ŷ = 21,623 + 0,789X. It showed that if there is no financial SIMDA, the staff's performance would still get a value of 21,623, while the regression coefficient of 0,789 stated that each additional one point of financial SIMDA will increase staff's performance by 0,789. Based on the results of the study, there was a positive and significant influence between Financial Regional Management Information System (SIMDA) on the Performance of Bekasi City Education Office Staff.
