Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kemampuan Pengelolaan Pembelajaran Widyaiswara terhadap Kepuasan Peserta Pelatihan Dasar CPNS di Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Jawa Barat”. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh gambaran mengenai Pengaruh Kemampuan Pengelolaan Pembelajaran Widyaiswara terhadap Kepuasan Peserta Pelatihan Dasar CPNS di Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik penggunaan data menggunakan angket tertutup dengan partisipan 80 orang. Hasil perhitungan Weight Means Score (WMS), menunjukan bahwa kemampuan pengelolaan pembelajaran Widyaiswara berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata skor 4.41 dan kepuasan peserta pelatihan dasar CPNS berada pada kategori sangat memuaskan dengan rata-rata skor 4,53. Hasil koefisien korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y adalah sebesar 0,786 yang menunjukan kedua variabel tersebut memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Sementara itu, hasil uji signifikansi dengan uji-t yaitu 11.219 > 1.664 artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Selanjutnya, hasil uji koefisiensi determinasi yaitu sebesar 61,7% dan sisanya di pengaruhi faktor lain. Hasil analisis regresi yaitu: Y ̂ = 11.273 + 0,770 X yang artinya setiap penambahan poin variabel X maka akan diikuti dengan perubahan variabel Y sebesar 0,770. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kemampuan pengelolaan pembelajaran Widyaiswara terhadap kepuasan peserta pelatihan dasar CPNS di Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Jawa Barat. This research is entitled "Influence of Civil Service Skills Training Center Participants in the Province's Learning Management Skills SatisfactionProvince West Java”. In general, this study aims to determine and obtain an overview of the Effect of Widyaiswara Learning Management Ability on the Satisfaction of CPNS Basic Training Participants at the Human Resources Development Agency of West Java Province. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The technique of using data is using a closed questionnaire with 80 participants. The results of the calculation of the Weight Means Score (WMS), show that the ability of Widyaiswara's learning management is in the very good category with an average score of 4.41 and the satisfaction of basic civil servant training participants is in the very satisfactory category with an average score of 4.53. The result of the correlation coefficient between the variables X and Y is 0.786 which shows that the two variables have a strong relationship. Meanwhile, the results of the significance test with the t-test are 11.219 > 1.664, meaning that there is a positive and significant relationship between the X variable and the Y variable. Furthermore, the result of the coefficient of determination test is 61.7% and the rest is influenced by other factors. The results of the regression analysis are: Y = 11.273 + 0.770 X, which means that each additional point in the X variable will be followed by a change in the Y variable of 0.770. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between the ability of Widyaiswara learning management to the satisfaction of basic civil servant training participants at the Human Resources Development Agency of West Java Province.
