Abstract

Selama ini Ujian Nasional (UN) dinilai hanya berfokus pada kemampuan menghafal siswa serta menilik hasil Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) yang menunjukkan kemampuan siswa Indonesia yang rendah dalam bidang literasi, Pemerintah membuat kebijakan baru menggantikan UN dengan Asesmen Nasional (AN) pada tahun 2021. AN dirancang untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dan mutu sistem pendidikan nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi guru SMK di Kota Bandung terhadap AN ditinjau dari aspek: (1) kognitif, (2) afektif, dan (3) konatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah guru SMK di Kota Bandung. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik probability sampling yaitu multistage cluster random sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 293 orang guru dari 19 sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online dan offline, sedangkan teknik analis data dengan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi guru SMK di Kota Bandung terhadap AN ditinjau dari aspek: (1) kognitif dapat dikategorikan baik. Secara rata-rata guru telah mengetahui dan memahami indikator konsep, landasan, teknis pelaksanaan, serta perangkat dan kesiapan infrastruktur pada AN. (2) afektif dapat dikategorikan cukup baik. Secara rata-rata guru telah memberikan penilaian/sikap/perasaan cukup baik terhadap indikator Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM), Survei Karakter, dan Survei Lingkungan Belajar, dan (3) konatif dapat dikategorikan baik. Secara rata-rata guru telah mencari informasi, dan terlibat dalam mempersiapkan AN dengan baik. During this time, the National Examination rated only focuses on students’ memorization abilities as well as the result of the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) shows the ability of Indonesian students are low in literacy, so the government made a new policy replaces the National Examination with the National Assessment in 2021. National Assessment is designed to evaluate the performance and quality of the national education system. This study aims to determine vocational teachers’ perception in Bandung towards National Assessment in terms of aspects: (1) cognitive, (2) affective, and (3) conative. The method used in this study is quantitative. The population in this study consist of vocational high school teachers in Bandung. Sampling was conducted using probability sampling technique with multistage cluster random sampling, obtained a sample of 293 teachers from 19 schools. The data collection technique distributes online and offline questionnaires, while the data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics. The result showed that vocational teachers’ perception in Bandung towards National Assessment in terms of aspects: (1) cognitive, can be categorized as good. This shows that the average teacher has known and understood indicator of concept, foundation, technical implementation, as well as infrastructure tools and readiness in National Assessment, (2) affective can be categorized quite well. This shows that the average teacher has given a quite well attitude/feeling towards indicator of Minimum Competency Assessment, Character Survey, and Learning Environment Survey, and (3) conative can be categorized as good. This shows that the average teachers have been looking for information and were involved in preparing National Assessment well.
