    Abstract

    Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang kinerja guru dalam proses pembelajaran bernuansa bimbingan mulai dari perencanaan, persiapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan follow up serta untuk merumuskan panduan kinerja guru dalam proses pembelajaran bernuansa bimbingan. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap seluruh populasi guru mata pelajaran yang berjumlah 58 orang di SMP Negeri 7 Bekasi tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan alat pengungkap data dengan teknik non-tes berupa angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru dalam proses pembelajaran bernuansa bimbingan secara umum masih rendah bagi sebagian guru, sehingga dalam pelaksanaannya sebagian guru belum dapat mensinergikan kegiatan pengajaran dan bimbingan sebagai suatu proses yang terintegrasi dalam pendidikan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan panduan untuk membantu para guru mengoptimalkan kinerja bernuansa bimbingan. Penelitian ini baru mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis profil kinerja guru secara umum, akan sangat bermanfaat jika dilakukan penelitian lanjutan untuk mengetahui perbedaan perilaku/kinerja guru dalam proses pembelajaran bernuansa bimbingan berdasarkan gender, umur, pengalaman kerja, dan sertifikasi, serta untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa terhadap kinerja guru yang bernuansa bimbingan.Kata Kunci Kinerja guru, proses pembelajaran bernuansa bimbingan The main purpose of this study is to gain an overview of teachers’ performances in the guidance nuanced learning process of public Junior High School 7 Bekasi in planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up, and to formulate a guidance of performances improvement of teachers in the guidance nuanced learning process. This research was conducted on the entire population of 58 teachers in public Junior High School 7 Bekasi year 2013/2014 . Conducted through a quantitative approach with descriptive method and data tools using techniques such as non-test questionnaire. The results illustrate that the performance profile of the teachers in the guidance nuanced learning process in general is still low for some teachers, so in practice they have not been able to synergize the activities of teaching and guidance as an integrated process in education. Therefore, a guide of teachers’ performances in the guidance nuanced learning process needed to help teachers optimize their performances. This study just describes and analyzes the teachers’performances, it would be very useful if there is a further research to determine the differences performance of teachers in guidance nuanced learning process by gender, ages, teaching experiences, serification, and to investigate students' perceptions of the teachers’ performances in guidance nuanced learning process.Keywords:Teacher’s performances, the guidance nuanced learning process
