Abstract

Siswa yang mengalami stres akademik memiliki persepsi yang maladaptif terhadap tuntutan akademik. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui efektivitas restrukturisasi kognitif dalam menangani stres akademik. Penelitian menggunakan metode pra-eksperimen dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Hasil penelitian: (1) stres akademik siswa sebagian besar termasuk kategori sedang; (2) rancangan intervensi berfokus pada reduksi indikator stres akademik; (3) restrukturisasi kognitif efektif menangani stres akademik.
