Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena adanya perubahan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, yang biasanya dilaksanakan secara tatap muka di sekolah berubah menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh. Dikarenakan adanya pandemic corona yang mewabah di Indonesia. Dalam hal ini peneliti ingin mengetahui dan menganalisa seperti apa efektifitas pembelajaran IPS menggunakan E-Learning melalui apliksai google classroom dan Whastapp pada siswa Kelas 8 SMP Negeri 6 Bandung apabila dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional yang diberlakukan di sekolah tersebut.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian yaitu di SMP Negeri 6 Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara kepada pendidik serta studi dokumentasi mengenai berkas hasil belajar peserta didik. Uji Normalitas dan Uji Paired sampel T-Test untuk alat ukur menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS for Windows 26.0. Adapun hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis dekriptif kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai rata-rata Hasil belajar sebelum penggunaan E-Learning. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata Hasil belajar IPS sesudah penggunaan E-Learning secara deskriptif memiliki perbedaan rata-rata angka Hasil belajar IPS.Akan tetapi Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran E-Learning tidak memberikan efektivitas terhadap Hasil Belajar IPS di SMPN 6 Bandung. This research is motivated by changes in the implementation of learning, which is usually carried out face-to-face in schools, turning into distance learning. Due to the corona pandemic that is endemic in Indonesia. In this case, the researcher wants to know and analyze the effectiveness of social studies learning using E-Learning through the google classroom and applicationWhastapp for Grade 8 students of SMP Negeri 6 Bandung when compared to conventional learning that is applied in the school.The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The research location is SMP Negeri 6 Bandung. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews with educators and documentary studies regarding student learning outcomes files. Normality Test and Paired Sample T-Test for measuring tools using the IBM SPSSapplication for Windows 26.0. The research results were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. From the research results show that the average value of learning outcomes before using E-Learning. While the average value of social studies learning outcomes after using E-Learning descriptively has a difference in the average social studies learning outcomes. However, this shows that E-Learning learning does not provide effectiveness on social studies learning outcomes at SMPN 6 Bandung.
